CASSEROLES
EASY HOT DISH
1 lb. hamburger, browned, seasoned & drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Veg-All, drained
Tater Tots (I use the minis)
Mix all ingredients together and top with
Tator Tots. Bake at 350 F. for an hour.
SMOKED SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
1 can beef broth
1/2 Cup water
1 Cup uncooked rice
1/4 Cup melted butter
1/2 lb. Smoked Sausage
I use more sausage than it calls for :)
1 Tblsp. Worchestershire Sauce
Melt butter and add all ingredients in
a greased casserole dish. Cook in 375 F.
oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes
before serving. Better if oven is pre-heated.
CHICKEN POTATO BAKE
3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 lb. red potatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 to 3/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
1 Tblsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Place chicken in a greased 13 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. baking pan.
Arrange potatoes around chicken. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle
with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake
at 400 F. for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-30 minutes longer
or until potatoes are tender and chicken juices run clear.
Yield: 4 servings.
