Purchased in late February 2005.

Here we begin with an almost stock '00 Civic EX and end up with a very
streetable tuner.
If this were a package it would be considered a "Level-1" performace
package*.

*Level-1 Package = intake, lowering coils, upper strut
brace front and rear, cat-back or axle-back exhaust and performance wheels
and tires.
*Level-2 Package = Level-1 Package + lower strut brace
front and rear, header (w/ full cat-back exhaust) and performance or upgraded
shocks/struts.
*Level-3 Package = Level-2 Package + full coil-over suspension
system, upgraded front and rear sway bars and a turbo or supercharger (intercooler
preferred).
*NOTE: Other companies and people may have different
"Level" or "Package" descriptions.
