I highly recommend this one because even though there is a rotating banner box, you don't have to click on the ad itself every half an hour or so like you do on the other free internet access providers.
Netzero: I believe they are the first ones to offer free internet access. They have access numbers in basically every major city in the United States. In return for the free internet access, you get a rotating banner box on your browser.

Tritium: They are accepting new members, but have yet to fully complete their work. It is still under construction so they are not fully operational yet. It says that they are going to be complete soon, so check them out frequently.
Get FREEi Internet Access Download one of the bigger Free internet access providers.

Alta Vista Free Internet Access One of the better members of the free internet access family. It's pretty cool because they don't ask too many questions (the signup process is rather quick) and also the download of the program is only 597k so you should be able to download the program in about 2 min with a 56k modem.

World SpyWorldspy Free internet access They are one of the few free internet access providers who doesn't utilize the annoying ad banners.

Bluelight Free internet access Bluelight teams up with K-Mart to bring you absolute free internet access.

Freelane Free internet access Free internet access from the Excite website. They team up with the same company that provides free access for altavista and several other sites.

Free DSL internet access Free DSL.com was the first to offer Free DSL internet access. You have to pay for the modem and installation. One bad thing is that they'll send out your information to advertisers and other companies.
