I have't seen Pantera, but I did meet Phil on Halloween '98. He helps to put together a haunteed house in New Orleans every year. I went and got to meet him. He was so nice. And when I left, he told me I couldn't leave until I kissed him. Unfortunately, it was on the cheek.
