If someone loves you
love them back
unconditionally
not only because they love you,
but because they are
teaching you
to love and opening
your heart and eyes to things
you would have never
seen or felt without them.

"A friend is someone
who knows the song
in your heart
and can sing it back
to you when you have
forgotten the words."

Roel's Trip to Lake Sebu

Food for Thought:
Lakes are inland
bodies of water that
occupy depressions in
the surface of the land.
These depressions are
called basins.

Lakes result from the
flow of water into low
areas. Lake water comes
largely from rainfall
and melting snow.
The water enters a lake
basin through brooks,
streams, rivers,
underground
springs, and groundwater.

BIG THANKS to
Ms. Hendrica Barroso &
the entire family.

Osang, it was such
a lovely & fun moment.
Kindly extend our thanks
to your family.
And don't forget
to give my biggest hug
to Baby Yssa.

Trip to Lake Sebu,
South Cotabato, Philippines
25 April 1999

Three contiguous mountain lakes some 3,000 feet above sea level. Lake Sebu, the largest at 400 hectares, offers the fresh, cool serenity of a mountain refuge away from the humdrum of city life. Another attraction of the area is the thrill of fishing for and eating tasty tilapia that are cultured in the lakes. Lake Sebu is also home to the native T'boli and B'laan tribes.

a rugged terrain

Make every day count.
Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that you possibly can,
for you may never be able to experience it again.

One of the fantastic sceneries in Lake Sebu

Let's go fishin'. Actually, Roel caught that creature, not me. =)
It's in the picture, but that's up for you to find out where it is.
Good heavens, finally I'm in this breathtaking and relaxing place again.

Obviously taken at the Punta Isla.
A bunch of thanks to my very good friend, Roel.
