My Favorite Story

They left me alone in the living room with the television on.

All of the sudden my mom heard a noise in the living room.

It was the shrill sound of the emergency broadcasting warning coming from the television.

She ran in to check on me. And there I was sitting on the floor with the remote control under my paw and my head was cocked at the television set.

Mom left the remote control on the stand, and to this day she doesn't know how I got it down.

My Dad is now gaurding the telephone.
