Power... Kaiser!! hehehe
Not much to say about Krauser outside of the KOF. He was the organizer of the King Of fighters '93. His motive? To beat up all the people who boasted of being the best. So why is he on the "Evil" team? He really only does his job, but maybe it's the neurotic sense of pleasure his job gives him.
OK, who out there doesn't know that Krauser was defeated for the first time ever in '93 by everyone's favorite, good ol' Terry. (It rhymes, '98 "Cipher" Rap Song style). So when Geese and Big needed a partner for '96, ol' Gang decided that he was not better suited for another team. He also wanted a legitimate chance at Terry (KOF style doesn't seem the place for a legitimate challenge). So far, from what I interprate, he never got a chance.
W.G.K. is a successor of the Krauser lineage. Big whoop. Actually yes, their families eternal job is to be a bodyguard. Because of their power, they are void to all political rules, so if anything stands in their way, they can do anything they want to see that the problem is solved (send them some cookies). One wishes.
Since their can only be one (highlander style) Krauser has trained since early age knowing that he would someday have to defeat his father. Which isn't that bad, he just has to kill him or be killed. Yes, after the face off, one is only to be left alive (Bushin Ninja style, Guy's poor master has no chance, neither do all the other successors who wait to challenge Guy, because Guy....) Ack! This is Krausers profile.
You see, Krauser's father was no nice man, so it was no emotional biggie when the time came to smite him. But Krauser fele unfulfilled, the fight was too easy. Wait a minute, there's that guy, the son of the woman his father married after his mother. Yes, Geese is his name. Krauser will challenge him. Ouwp, ouwp, ouwp, that man, who was supposed to be the buffest was just defeated by Terry Bogard. So Krauser organizes a King Of Fighters tournment, like his half-brother Geese. Maybe it will draw Terry like the previous KOF did.
It did, and Terry showed up and made a cleaning at the tournament. When it was time to face Krauser, "Lord Of Darkness" (or something, haven't played Fatal Fury 2 in years dang it). A GRUELING battle ensued. Krauser was looking for a challenge, but Terry was continuing something he has grown to live on, the fight, so he had more drive and Krauser was defeated, thought to have been killed (wonder if the cops went after Terry). The whole Krauser empire was thought to be gone for Krauser had no successors. Then they remembered that Krauser was evil...
In the King Of Fighters '96, Krauser was practically working under Geese. He was laid back and just watched as things took him where he went. after a few unfortunate souls lost at their hands, Geese decided to say plllllp to the tournament and go straight to the source of the power behind it. Krauser was having a decent time, but even HE was a little bit startled as he saw the big fight between Kyo, Iori, and Chizuru vs Goenitz. After Goenitz had been defeated, and Big made an attempted murder on his half-brother, who was saved by his lackey, Billy, Krauser kinda just left, promising Geese that they'd meet again. Now he's kinda just laid low. He'll be back.
He did, however, show up in a Real Bout Fatal Fury game. I've heard that he beat Terry, who turned around and beat him again, but that's unconfirmed. He looks forward to battles with not only Terry, but with his half-brother Geese,... for some reason.
According to Anime: Well, in the second Fatal Fury movie (the one featurung a much cooler looking Krauser) gthere was no organized KOF tournament. Krauser sought out Geese to find out who had made him a mere fraction of a man, so Geese, wanting to stir things up, actually told him (see, Geese is neat). Krauser fought Terry (after Terry had just fought Kim) and whooped him up. So Krauser had invited Terry to another match. So he waited and finally Terry came, after a big slump (Krauser scared the begeezers out of Terry, he'd scare the begeezers out of me...), and a fight ensued. Terry was fighting for everyting you might say and managed to defeat him (the last part of the fight is the best. They just pound away, no blitz balls or power geysers or super Hakkyokusaiken this or that). Krauser accepts his defeat, but he knows his lineage cannot, so he falls out of a hole in the wall (when did that get there) into the water below, supposedly killing himself as Hopper (one of Geese's men) watches and later reports to a renewed Geese.
I'm going to try to describe Krauser's status. Is he evil? In a sense. His glee for beating people up might make him psychotic (but he was supposedly "finally satisfied" when he lost to Terry) might make him seem that way. His disregard for his father makes him look cold and emotionless. His job? I think all Krausers are bred to serve and protect big political people, like bodyguards. The only difference is that they can practically run any political set they want. They are highly feared, so they don't have much opposition. Krauser doesn't get out that much, so I don't think he's got a lot of views toward others. He does have a grudge against Terry (another Terry rival) for his defeat and always looks forward to fighting him. It can be inferred that he and Geese have a mutual respect for each other, even though Geese kinda hates Krauser (probably tormented as a kid) and Krauser is somewhat... humored by Geese's antics. Mr. Big comes off as probably childish and immature to Krauser who believes that everything Mr. Big likes is a big pile of crap. That's about it. I REALLY need more info on Krauser.
I cannot give any fighting tips for the new '96 Krauser. I don't even know what his second DM is. The old Fatal Fury 2/Special Krauser I played could do infinite Kaiser waves, so that helped. The blitz balls were VERY fast and could be shot high or low Sagat style, but then again, he was an end boss, so he was extra powerful. Oh well, maybe a trip to Japan Town (with a lot of money of course) can solve this problem, (I also want '96 because I heard the VERY beginning of Iori's song and I think it's REAL cool, along with the first 16 seconds of The Big G's (Goenitz's) song I heard. I hear Fairy (Chizuru's theme) is good as well...
-The Brown- (Sho Reppadan has an appointment today).
Krauser: "If they changed the KOF style so dramatically in '96, they could have changed my in-game looks to look like this."
