Geese!!! Geese?

AHHHH! DEATH!

The original SNK boss (not Rugal, so Geese should be in '98) and the original KOF organizer (more info for the aforementioned plight), Geese is the big man on campus, if that campus is Southtown. Yes, he is practically the owner of that city.

Why does he have a city? Well, Geese is a man of many a bad deed. Why? Well he's bent on a conquest of power. Not the world! Power, which makes him even more cool (why do so many people want this messed up Earth). And as he built up his power, he found he was getting bored quickly. Very quickly of anything. And what hobby has more interesting twists in it than a soap opera? Nothing, but owning a city will suffice, so Geese works his way in the underground taking control of the city to the point that a federal anything can't touch him. Couple that with the fact that he's a deadly Hakkyokusaiken master and can blast you to smithereens in one... blast and you've got yourself kind of a problem.

Geese enters the actual King of Fighters fray in '96, but he was involved in it since long before, appearing in '94 & '95 endings. The thing is, any power interests Geese, and when dumbwire* returned in '95 with Orochi power of some sort, it interested him. He had happen to let Billy enter that year to cause problems for the Bogard bros. and then Rugal gone went and exploded and this intrigued Geese, though the explosion probably put him on the Heavy D!fense.

His entrance in '96 scared people, because his teammates, former Right Hand man/cronie Mr. Big and rumored to be half-brother Krauser, and himself were all known as notorious evil people (even though Krauser did nothing). This brought back Terry and Andy, who REALLY want Geese dead, you'll find out why later, if for some reason you don't already know. Geese kind of disregarded most of the tournament and went straight for the power, only to observe the then-thought-to-be leader, Goenitz's demise at the hands of Kyo and Iori. Then Iori goes into heathen mode and THAT intrigues Geese as well.

Geese once again chills in '97 because he thought the main Orochi-ness was gone, but he was still bored and still curious of Yagami's heathen mode, so he sends in Billy to take note, also picking Billy's partners to form a wild and zany (but whoop-up) team. Why he won't ever joinm alongside Billy and another one of his cronies (Hopper?) I'll never know. That would be cool though. Anyway, before Geese could act on any leads, the O-Power was destroyed.

Back in the day Geese was under trainage alongside Jeff Bogard (foster father to Terry and Andy and famous street fighter) under Tung Fu Rue in the arts of Hakkyokusaiken. Geese REALLY wanted power, and the training only made him more hungry for more power. Seeing this, Tung chose Jeff to be his successor. What? Someone gaining more power than Geese? NEVER! So he kills Jeff, thinking that the arts would never be passed on, but they were.

Terry and Andy had trained to get revenge since that day, a bit under Tung some say, and Terry ended up defeating Geese, who was concentrating a lot on city affairs and less on his Hakkyokusaiken. With this Geese disappears into the shadows for a bit, thought to have died three days after the defeat (since he was kicked out of a three story high window). But in KOF '93 (Fatal Fury 2) Billy returns. Could this mean Geese is alive? Well, not exactly, but he is. And he be mad and stuff. Then there was Geese's quest for the scrolls of immortality (like he needs them), at least I think. It was in Real Bout (which I don't know much about. Do you? E-Mail!). But before he had his dealings with Terry and Andy the second time (Terry and Andy naturally hate the begeezez out 'o Geese), Geese was messin' with some Kyokugen. Before Billy became the RHM Mr. Big was at the right hand. When Geese left Southtown on business he left Big (head) in charge, and since Takuma Sakazaki was butting in with stuff, Geese told Big to take care of it, so Big kidnapped Takuma's daughter. Blah blah blah, Big fell at the hands of Ryo and Robert and Billy took his spot.

Anyway since Geese had accomplished nothing in ‘96 etc. etc. He’s kinda been laid back for a while, much to Terry and Andy’s enjoyment. Terry had defeated Geese, so Geese REALLY wants to return the big hurt, so he REALLY concentrates on Terry, kinda dismissing Andy off to the side, which Andy hates (Geese is Andy’s reason for his procrastination with Shiranui Mai). Terry takes it in stride (as he does most things), but Andy is out for blood 24-7. Kinda funny how it’s all backwards.

Geese saw Billy go buck wild with a pole in a factory when Billy was a young lad, and so he told Billy to polish up on the pole tech so he could work for Geese, as in the meanwhile, Mr. Big (quite adept at the business tech) would be the RHM. This Krauser thing, he is rumored (“RUMORED”) to be Geese half brother, but know one is sure (except Geese and Krauser). Yamazaki had worked for Geese in ‘97, and Geese had at first neglected to pay him, but when Yama showed up at the door I think he finally got his money. The Kyokugen aren’t fond of him for the Yuri biz, but they more of blame Big for that. Oh well.... According to Anime: Everything is about the same, except he wasn’t kicked out of a building (he was blasted away with a super tech that hasn’t appeared in the game at all), AND he was never actually thought to be dead. He had, however, killed Terry’s first (publicised) love. He also had killed Jeff right before Terry and Andy’s eyes (it’s not actually confirmed how he REALLY did it).

Ah, well, I have never played the new Geese, al la Geese KOF ‘96, I only have played him in Fatal Fury 1 and special (KOF ‘92= Fatal Fury 1. Special has nothing to do with the story line). So I better surf for some gameplay tips. I do remember him being REALLY powerful. That’s about it. Ciao
