Last Updated: May 12 2002 Who is "Lone Dog?" It's my idea for a Road Rover spin off series. It's about a Cano-sapien that is on the run from the Road Rovers for a crime he didn't commit. The series focuses on the adventures of Rebel and his unit, the Lone Dog Team.

Background
Rebel was born in a puppy mill in England for a government testing lab called Mad Dog. After he was sent to America with his brothers Fetch and Bud and his sister Lily, he escaped. Bud and Lily also got away but Fetch didn't. Rebel was found by a street dog named Drifter and became friends. When he was six months old he was captured by the pound and sold to a man. The man's name was Victor and he was an enemy of the Road Rovers. He trained Rebel to watch and warn whenever a Road Rover was near the Ranch Home. Two years later he saw Drifter again but he was a Cano-sapien. He took Rebel from the Ranch and trained him. On one mission Drifter was "killed" in an explosion. The Road Rover saw him and thought he did it. Rebel was called the "Lone Dog" by the Rovers and they attack him every time he is seen. When the Mad Dog Organization and another one called Dogs Against Human become too powerful, Rebel and his team join up with the Road Rovers
Physical Description
He is a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever. When he is regular dog form he looks like a shepherd with golden retriever like fur. He has dark brown fur with a patch of white on his forehead. His eyes are green. He wears a black bandana around his neck. When he is in Cano-sapien form, he is six foot five inches. He wears a white t-shirt and blue jeans, a black leather jacket and boots. When he is Lone Dog, he wears the black bandana around his head and sunglasses. His super power is regeneration, which was first discovered by Drifter after Rebel was shot by Parvo's goons, but Drifter didn't tell him. He discovered his powers himself when Mad Dog tried to capture him.
Mental Description
He is tough at times but he is very friendly. He has a good relationship with his team and has great leadership skills.Bud

He was born in a puppy mill in England for secret US government tests with his siblings, Rebel, Lily, and Fetch. After the crate that was hold them broke, he, Lily, and Rebel manged to get away but split up. Bud and Lily were taken in by a girl and her roomate. When they broke up, her boyfriend took Bud. When Chase and Rebel found him, he went with them and joined the Lone Dog team.
Physical Description
He is a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever. He looks like a golden retriever but with dark brown fur and light brown highlights. He also has a large white spot in the middle of his chest. Bud wears a loose light gray or black shirt and blue jeans. He wears stylish shoes. His super power is super strengh. His skills include being able to fix almost everything.
Mental Description
He is basely a coward. He prefers to make work things out without fighting. Bud goes by the words "I am a lover, not a fighter, man." He has a huge crush on Tasha.Lily

Background
She is Rebel's sister. After she escaping from the testers, Lily and Bud were taken in by a girl and her boyfriend. The couple broke up when the girl desided to go home to the hidden community in the Rockys. The girl took Lily and her ex took Bud. Weeks later, Bud, Rebel, and Chase showed up. Lily's mistress took them in. She helps Rebel with missions once in a while.

She is a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever. She has golden fur with a black stripe from her forehead to her tail. She is a tom-boy and wear boys clothes most of the time. Nice most of the time.She designs and build tools and weapons that are useful in the lab and in the field. Her power is Super Intelligence.

He is Drifter, Tramp, Trash's little brother. Chase has one litter mate named Lacey. He used to live with a street kid until the kid's mother found him and she almost put Chase in the pound. He wandered the streets until he found his family and he moved in with them. He first met Rebel when Chase was captured by Parvo. Rebel freed him and Chase helped him destroy Parvo lab. Chase then joined up with Rebel and became his first team mate since Drifter.
Physical Description
He is a Golden Retriever/Spaniel/Dalmation. His fur is mostly black. His paws are chestnut brown. His right ear is white with black spots. Chase wears the type of clothes skateboarder, surfers, and snowboarders wear. When he is riding his dirt bike, his helmet is black with blue lightning. His power is Super Speed.

He is the comic relief of the Lone Dog team and he is not afraid to speak his mind.Tasha

Background
She is the dog owned by Kristen Coughlan. She was born on Feb 27 2000. Tasha lives in Canada. She bought in a pet shop because she was so cute. She grew into an adult. Tasha met Rebel, Chase, Bud and Lily when her owners took her to the hidden communty. Bud begged his brother to let her join as a cadet. Her stills in computer hacking made her one of the most valuable members on the team.
Physical Description
Tasha is a German Shepherd/Collie She has a light face and body with specks of black going down the middle of her back. There of chestnut brown stripes running between her nose and eyes. Her neck, legs, chest, and belly is creamy white coloured. Her floppy ears are chesnut brown with specks of light brown. Her tail is blackish brown with a white tip. On the bridge on her nose their is two black spots. She wears a light green sleeveless shirt and cut offs shorts. Her power is super agility.
Mental Description
She is very playful. She tends to run into trouble without thinking first.

When Drifter was born, he and his Dalmation mother, Freckles, were abandoned on the streets of New York. Freckles hid him in the sewer in a secret room. When his mother disappeared, Drifter went to look for her. He ended up in a residental area where he was taken in by an old man. Month later army guys shot his master and took Drifter with them. He was taken to a Mad Dog base. They did several tests on him for a year and two months. One day animal rights activists came and let all the animals go. Drifter became a street dog again. He returned to the sewer and found his mother had another litter of pups. He left after helping her. He found a place on the habour and a new friend, a pup named Rebel. Drifter taught him the ways of the street until the dog catcher caught Rebel. When Drifter was going to save him, Mad Dog found him. He was put through training. Drifter just played along. He was staging a break out with the unit he lead. He left to find Rebel. He created a base of operations and he Rebel would go after animal labs that were owned by Mad Dog (Drifter refused to tell Rebel about Mad Dog). During a misson to stop equipment from reaching a lab, Drifter was caught by Mad Dog again and fake his death. He was locked up in cell at the main base. He meet Lily there two years later. An experiment done on them both ended up with Lily getting pregnant with his kids. When Drifter escaped and found by the Rovers, he returned with Rebel and Bud to rescue her. He joined the Rovers soon after.

He is a Golden Retriever/Spanial/Dalmation. Drifter is has black medium length fur with white fur from his forehead to his muzzle. His right ear is white with black spots. His left ear is half gone.He wears a white t-shirt with black pants. He also wears a long trench coat and sun glasses.
Mental Description
He is a noble dog but he has a short temper. He is good friends with Rebel and XL766. He is sort of protective of Lily. He doesn't get along with Thunder.Melanie
Background
She was born in a illegel fur farm. She and her mate Climber ran away. She got caught and a snare. A girl (Cassie) rescued her. While her broken leg was healing at a Animal Centre she met Vixy. The fur farm owner stole her for the Centre. She escaped again. She met Rebel when she help him fight back against his abusing master and they became good friends and allies. She promised to kept his secret. When she accidently wandered into a open Rover entrance, she joined the Road Rovers. She and Climber had two pups together.

A basic grey fox. A scar around her right back leg. Space Rover Uniform or T-shirt and jeans. Her powers are Super Agility and speed.

Background
She is from another Galaxy. When she and her twin brother, Jason, was born they were abandoned. They went to foster homes through out their lives. They ranaway and joined the Doggian Alliance. On a mission the Felo-sapian Overlords destroyed the DA and soon they joined the Road Rovers. She met Rebel when he tried to save her life.

She is a basic brown coloured Labrador. She wear black or green t-shirt with blue jeans
Mental Description
Krista is only tough when she on a mission or doing work. The rest of the time she is nice. She worries about Rebel (her boyfriend) a lot. She get annoyed when guys say girls are weak.Jake

Background
Jake lives at the hidden commuity in the Rocky Mountains. Bud took him to Rebel's secret lair and got him transdogifed. He started up the Dog House Pub with Rebel and become a spy for Lone Dog. He wired the bar and give Lone Dog secret infomation. When the Lone Dog team joined up with the Road Rovers, he became a spy for them providing infomation on Parvo, Mad Dog, and DAH. He is also a part of the Beta Bounty Hunters.

He is a basic dark brown and white border collie. He wears a black or blue t-shirt, black pants. His powers are Super agility and super hearing.
Mental Description
He is neutral with everyone.Rene
Background
Rene is another dog that lives in the hidden community. He used to work for Black Fang (a world wide bounty hunter group). He is Jake's best friend and Lily's old boyfriend. Rene became one of Lone Dog's allies after he saved Rebel and Lily's life. He is later hired by E.A.R.N., an animal right group for Cano-sapiens and Felo-sapiens. He is also the leader of the Beta Bounty Hunters.
Physical Description
Rene is a Tervueren (a type of Beligan Shepherd). His fur is medium length. His ears, muzzle, and paws are black. His back, legs, top half off his tail are light brown. His belly and bottom half is creamy white. His chest is creamy white with black specks. Rene wears a Toronto Raptors jersey with '15' on it, black t-shirt, black pants and running shoes. His powers are super aglity and proplusion (jump high). Rene has a talent in photography.
Mental Description
Rene is a kind and caring. He was in love with Lily and he was devistated when she chose Drifter over him. He understood why because Drifter is the father is her three kids.
Baddies Dr. Robert Gregon
Background
He is the head scientist for the Mad Dog Project. He has an interest in the Lone Dog Team especially Lily. He needs her and Drifter for a special project. He wants them captured by any means.
Physical Description
He is a man in his mid forties. His hair is brown with some grey hairs.
Mental Description
He has no respect for any Cano-sapien or Felo-sapien. They are just lab rats to him and they have no rights.Drake Black
Background
He was hired by Mad Dog after he was discharged from the military. Black moved up quickly through the ranks to lead the Mad Dog agents. The Agents track down the canines that try to escape the Mad Dog Project and dispose of them. He was the one the captured Drifter and made it look like Drifter was killed in an explosion.

He has cropped jet black hair. He wears a special ops uniform.

Background
Fetch tried to escape from Mad Dog as a pup but he didn't get away. He was put in a holding family and then taken back for training. When he was transdogified, he became too powerful to control so he was locked of in the prison. When he broke out he had a following and the Dogs Against Humans was born.

He has pointy ears. His short fur in tan in colour with a black stripe down his back. His fangs show. Fetch wears all black clothes.
Mental Description
He is very evil. He hates all humans. Fetch hates his brother, Rebel.Fiori
Background
Fiori was abandoned on the streets. Mad Dog found her and forced her into training. When the rebellion happen, she was on the of the first to join Dogs Against Humans. She fell in love with Fetch.
Physical Description
Basic Welsh Springer Spaniel. She wears all black clothes.
Mental Description
She is very evil. She hates all humans. Fiori is very good at acting.Knuckles
Background
Knuckles was an army dog. He worked with the miltary police until he was his friend Rascal (another German Shepherd) were dognapped by Mad Dog to become soldiers. Knuckles was forced to breed with several dogs as well. Years later, Knuckles saw Drake Black kill his friend for refusing to breed again. Two months later, DAH was created and Knuckles became Fetch's right hand man.
Physical Description
Almost a pure black german shepard. He wears a black vest and pants.
Mental Description
He has a pure hatred for humans especially Drake Black.
Borg, Cycle, Red, and Violet
Background
They are Cycleborgs. A cyborg that happens to be a motorcycle. The Cyclborg was developed by Professor Hubert at Road Rover Mission Control and distributed to the Strayer units (almost every unit has at least one). They were being delevered to some new Strayer Units when Mad Dog unit attacked the delevery truck and stole the cycleborgs and equipment inside. Drifter recovered the truck. When Drifter was builting the cave base, large rocks came down trapping Red and Violet in a caven with some of the equipment and he couldn't get them out. Drifter uses Borg. When Rebel joined up with him, he got Cycle. Borg was taken by the Road Rovers when Drifter was "killed" and given to Krista. When Bud, Tasha, Lily, and Chase joins, Bud moved the rocks with his super strengh and freed Red and Violet. Bud got Red and Tasha got Violet.
Physical Description
They is a sleek and high tech jet motorcycles. Borg is forest green, Cycle is black, Red is scarlet, and Violet is dark purple. They have several closed compartments for storage. On the fuel tank and the handlebars are several buttons, switch and dials. There is also a video screen which can acts as a video radio, an electronic road map of the surrounding area or display other things. The vehicle is part machine, part living tissue. It can morph into several different things, one giving it the ability to fly. They powered by a Neutro-Ionic power system which is more efficent and economical than standard power.

A device woren around the wrist that lauches a cable and hook to the top a structure and pulls the user to the top or used to climb down a building. It can be also used to swing to one structure to another.Petri Weapons
Weapons of Strayers and Road Rovers, they come in all shapes and sizes. They are eletronic and use power packs. They can be set to stun or kill and overload (to be used as a bomb), the stun is set by how long the target with be stunned (average human). The longer the time the more energy is needed.Sapien Bombs
A device invented by Lily that emids a bright flash that make a Cano-sapien, Cano-mutant, Felo-sapien, or Felo-sapien return to their regular form.Communicator Watch
A communicator/watch that is worn around the wrist. The communicator is only activated by the user's voice. It also has a homing becon and a emergeny alarm that warns the other members of his or her team that they are in trouble.Cloak Device
