while were sitting can I offer you a cup of tea or coffee?

Maybe you would Like a tall glass of my freshly made lemonade?

This

There is a custom here in our part of the world that, everybody
wants to know who you are, and who is and/or was your momma and daddy,
who was your grandma and grandpa, and who are your aunts and uncles,
and who are your brothers & sisters, and who are your kids,
where did they all come from, and where are you from? etc, etc....
Well, I will add as much information as I possibly can about myself and my family.
In hopes that, this will help people to know who I am. This is not going to be done in
the regular, Geneological way but, I am not doing a family tree here, not yet anyways!
Maybe at some later date I'll add that here in the way it should be done, in it's proper form.
As for now I am doing this my way.

While sitting here working on this section of my web page, My Daddy is sitting with me.
I want to Say Thank You Daddy for being here with me, and if tomorrow never comes,
I want you know that I Love You Too!
And that I'll always be Daddy's Little Girl & I'll always be your Moon.

There is a story behind that last sentance ending with Moon... You see when I was a Little girl
I use to cry alot and usually for no reason. One day daddy and momma decided we were going to go visit
My maternal grandparents, we had to go through the city to get on the street cars and busses
Momma used to love to window shop, so while we were waiting for the bus to arrive, she was looking.
It was late and the moon was out big as an apple pie freshly baked. I was crying and nothing they
tried or said would stop me. Daddy was holding me, when he finally looked up and saw the moon, and said My baby, will you stop crying if daddy goes and gets the moon for you? well that was a little funny, and I told him yes with a little smile on my face. wipeing the tears from my eyes and face daddy held me closer to him and said well my little moon if I could I would gladly get you the moon but, it's so high up in the sky and we don't have a ladder to reach that far up. he paused and I sniffeled, again he pulled me close, and said well if I get the moon for you and we bring it home the mice will eat it, do you want the moon to be safe in the sky away from the mice or, do you want to bring it home after I give it to you? sniffling I told him to leave it. daddy said well thats a good idea because, if we bring it home and the mice eat it, we won't be able to see it any more... it will be gone forever. then he said well, I can always look at you my love and I'll see the moon, because you are my little moon.
from that day on to this, daddy has always called me his moon.

I will be adding more names to my family history as they come to mind, and as time allows.

Thank ya'll for stoping by, I do hope that you have enjoyed your visit.
I would like for ya'll to come back, and visit again sometime chere, it's always nice to see ya'll!

I was recently asked, why a christian would have a wine bottle on their web page?
My answer is simple, while growing up and still today, we (my family and myself)
have always lived near water ways, "Bayou's" there was always something in the water.
wether floating or down under. My momma used to tell us stories about sending messages
in bottles, and maybe people across the ocean will find it someday, and write to us,
So this is why the wine bottle!!!
