MEET DEBBIE
A stranger meeting Deborah on the street would never guess which profession she embraces (in addition to writer, television personality, copyeditor, office manager, and Executive Assistant). Why? Because Deborah Vaughn is a regular person. Active in Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), she records Oprah every day and is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. (She does not use ESP to find out who's going to win the big game. "That spoils the fun of watching," she explains.)
"You don't have to cross to the other side of the street when you meet up with me or do the sign of the cross. I'm not a satanist--really!" she quips, referring to the general misconception that people with ESP are automatically lumped into the same category as satanic influence or evil. This misconception has prompted Deborah to educate those who are confused on this issue.
Deborah urges others to go through natural channels in life, the same as she does: When you want to know who's going to win the game, watch it and find out; when you want to know who’s knocking at the door, use the peephole; when you want to know about tomorrow’s weather, watch the 10:00 news; and if you want to know if you are pregnant, get EPT. Deborah tries to dissuade the public from asking her these kinds of questions, because it is a waste of everybody's time.

Deborah believes that intuition is also a “normal, natural” channel in life which should be used reverently. Our intuition gets buried down inside us without exercising and using it. If it is finally utilized, it is viewed by many to be weird and unnatural.
“But it’s not unnatural at all,” Deborah explains. “We all get gut feelings, a sense of 'knowing' about certain situations even though we can’t pinpoint why or how we know. We usually regret it if we choose to ignore those inborn intuitions that are trying to surface.”
TWENTY-FOUR YEARS' EXPERIENCE
Deborah Vaughn was a member of the North Texas Parapsychology Association--an organization chaired by the late psychic detective John Catchings and committed to upholding the ethical sector of the psychic profession--from 1986 until its closure in 1989. She then became a member of Psychics International, whose goals are similar.
Deborah has taught numerous classes and workshops on developing the intuitive gift within. The goal is to help students awaken the latent sixth sense that all human beings are equipped with. She also strives to provide education about psychic phenomena, helping to clear up misconceptions often held by the general public--usually through years of religious superstitions handed down generation to generation.

Because of this, her fee for law enforcement agencies is on a contingency basis, if there is reward money: If information that she gives leads to the reward's objective, she asks for the money. If there is no reward money, that doesn't deter her.
Law enforcement agents may call Deborah at 334-383-9409 or click on the Email address below to contact Deborah about helping with a crime.
For over 22 years, Deborah has worked public events such as psychic expo's, parties, grand openings, and other events. She does 15-minute readings (1- to 5-minute readings for parties) as a palmist, psychometrist, and/or tarot card reader. For Updates on Deborah's Appearances, Click Here.
