Four Years. I dug out this blog today and came to the sad realization that the blog I had created 'not that long ago' has a whole of three posts all of which are dated 4+ years in the Past..

That's right people.. Four. Years. Welcome to 'Leandra Time'..

Most of you should already be familiar with this concept, but for those who were not, my apologies, there's no going back.

Well now that we've got That out of the way.. I feel as though in this day and age when so much of my time is tied up in the online world that I should have something of a Presence there. I have found however that I prefer to linger in the shadows, as disinclined to intrude on others' online space as I am to invade their phone lines in the real world..

What this blog needs is a Purpose. And since my life pretty much revolves around games and gaming, that is the direction I believe I shall go with it. Rest assured, the toddler I did not have when I originally began this endeavor will make frequent appearances as well.. :D

Three Thanksgivings later I return to my humble abode.. which is in the same state of unrest as when we left it (running late so there wasn't time to put it to rights, as always) so I am surrounded by seemingly unsurmountable tasks when all I desire is to lay down and sleep until a new Age of Man dawns.. You know, one in which humanity has done some things they can be proud of and works toward communal prosperity and happiness? Yeah, so while I'm waiting for THAT to happen I've begun imbibing copious amounts of caffeinated beverage hoping the jitters I acquire might do some of the cleaning themselves..

I do so love the snow.. it started dusting lightly this afternoon and has been growing heavier into the evening.. It is now too dark for me to see it, but I know its still filtering down, light powdery pillows coating the landscape..

So I'm sitting here, thinking to myself and chatting with some friends and it occurs to me that I haven't updated my website or added anything new in an obscenely long time.. So, despite the fact that I've never kept a journal in my life and that while I Have a LiveJournal account, many can attest to the fact that I haven't been on it in Months.. I've created a blog for myself.. we'll see how long it lasts.. But as it is at least something new up on the site, it assuages my consience for a while.. ;)
