Merry Meet!
I live in Milford CT, with my boyfriend and a black cat named Magi. I have been Wiccan for about 6 years now. I was baptized Roman Catholic and spent a few summers in Bible School thanks to a Baptist Aunt who felt it was her duty to reform me. I decided to start this webpage with Morgana for 2 reasons, she has been my best friend since we were Kindergartners and we rediscovered each other on Balaam's Ass after spending 5 years separated due to an unfortunate move on my parents part (from Louisiana to Connecticut). I was born in Phoenix, Arizona on Beltaine it was rainy and cold but my mother claims the rain stopped the minute I started crying. After my Grandmother died when I was four my mother started educating me on the religions of the world, she said someday it would be my time to choose who I was and what I believed. When I learned about Wicca it just kind of felt right to me and so I found other Wiccans in my area and began studying. I was initiated to the Wiccan Way shortly thereafter. I have always been very open about my religion and thusly have suffered from persecution and misguided attempts at "saving my soul" most of the past 6 years. The second reason I decided to work on this page was mainly in the hopes that I can open one person's mind just enough to banish hatred from them. Since Morgana and I have started this page many people have come out of the woodwork to try and undermine our efforts to the Pagan Community some of whom claimed to be pagans themselves. Regardless of what messages we receive neither one of us will stop our work until we all are accepted and the Burning Times are truly over.
