"My second level at QFS has helped me a lot more than the first one. At the end of February, I went to my first tournament for Spring. Of coruse, I was expected to be out of shape. We were also expected to lose 8-0 or 6-0 like we did last year to these teams. Well, we ended up winning 1-0 and losing 0-1. A lot of goals were saed on my half of the field. If I would lose the ball at mid-field, I could outrun the player I lost it to, and win it back. I also never had to get pulledout because I rarely got tired. I'm definitely coming back for the 3rd session."

*Size Increase

  1. 1 inch in calves (Both Legs)
  2. 3/4 inches in thighs(Both Legs)

*Strength Increase

  1. 50 lb. increase in all 4 exercises on multi-hip machine
  2. 40 lb. increase on leg curl machine
  3. 50 lb. increase in calve raise

*Speed Increase

  1. .15 of a second decrease in 40 yd. dash time
  2. .08 of a second decrease in 20yd. dash time
  3. .08 of a second decrease in 10 yd. dash time

*Foot Speed Increase

  1. Look at Plyometric Pre-Test compared to the Post-Test (averaged 4 extra touches per exercise)

*Vertical Leap and Broad Jump Increase

  1. 2 inches increase in vertical leap
  2. 6 inches increase in broad jump
*Flexibility Increase
  1. 3* increase in hamstring flexibility
  2. 3*increase in quadricep flexibility
  3. 1 1/4 inch increase in hip flexor flexibility

*Conditioning Increase

  1. Dropped 1 minute off mile time
  2. Made it to the 18 mph Club
