Added a new file entitled: A review of Joseph Story's commentaries. This is an absolute must to read. Here is an excerpt from the introduction:

"This review of Judge Story's Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States is perhaps the ablest analysis of the nature and character of the Federal Government that has ever been published. It has remained unanswered. Indeed, we are not aware that any attempt has been made to invalidate the soundness of its reasoning"

Plans are in the workings for re-publishing an entire book which will be accessable from LAWGIVER. A sample of the authors work can be found under Common Law Pleading and Practice.

As a reminder, the Lawgiver discussion list is available to anyone who wants to join. There are some very talented people contributing to the list; It would be well worth the time to become a subscriber.

LAWGIVER is far from complete. As more quality infomation is uncovered, every effort will be made to make it available. It is imperative to be cautious about what is published. Mis-information is disseminated far and wide and it seems almost any anti-government page can be found on any other anti-government page, all of which link back to each other. Misquotes and misinterpretation of the Law and Constitution take place ad nauseum on the net and almost all other mediums.

As time moves on, and the King does not return, this page will grow more informative, and consequently, more complex. With that in mind, a search engine has been added to the main page which will index the site.
