Welcome to my webpage. I'm a 24 year young graduate student at the University of New Orleans. I attained 129 credits for my undergraduate degree. In high school 1995-1998, I was a 4 year starter at Quarterback. In 1998-1999, I went to MidAmerica Nazarene University on a football scholarship. I played quarterback. In 1999-2000, I transferred to the University of New Orleans. In 2003, I graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. My interests are working-out, running, reading, traveling, and playing sports. I plan to hold some respectable and fun job in the field of health & fitness. In the meantime, I have plans to have a research study published in a reputable journal. **As of 2-29-00 & 6-29-01 I am an AFAA & ACSM (HFI) certified Personal Trainer/Health&Fitness Instructor. On AFAA's written examination, which was 100 questions (Multiple choice), I answered incorrectly to 4. My grade was 96%. On ACSM's written examination, which was 100 questions (Multiple Choice), I answered incorrectly to 14. My Grade was 86%. *As of 2-9-02, I attained AFAA's Weight-Training certification. I answered incorrectly to 2 questions on the practical (93%), and 2 on the written (95%). *As of 6-14-02, I attained AFAA's TeleFitness Internet Certification. I am also Adult, infant and child CPR certified and 1st Aid certified. I'm originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. I listen to R&B, Jazz, Classical, Old school, and some Rap. I'm Panamanian-Cuban. My favorite color is green. I'm non-denominational. I like to eat healthy food, and I do not eat fast food. I also like to play video games, hang out with friends, and have good clean fun.
