Twister Stables Summer Photo Show July 23rd-28th
Hello All!!!
Welcome to the rules and classlist for Twister Stables Summer Photo Show... Held for the second year during Breyerfest. If you can't come to Kentucky , your pictures still can!
Entry fee is $5 for unlimited pics. All entries need to be received by July 22nd, the judging will begin first thing on the 23rd. Donations cheerfully accepted as well :) All donations will be used as prizes. All pics WILL be mailed back and results posted by the 30th at the latest.
Feel free to send as many pics as you'd like, any make and model is welcome. This includes but is not limited to Breyers, Hartlands, Stones, BHR, HR, Northlight, Resins and Chinas. All colors are welcome too, decorators and fantasy colors and horses even have their own section of classes. Whenever possible we split classes... They will be split CM and OF... further splits as needed. We also reserve the right to combine classes if entries warrant.
All photo backs should specify OF or CM... Also include horse's name, breed, age, gender, and your name as well. Also if the color is something odd or different write that on there too, keeps us from guessing! :)
Normal type show rules apply... One pic per horse per class. Computer printed pics are OK, no alterations to the pic allowed though.
Also we do things a hair bit different than what I've seen in other shows. Each horse may enter color AND pattern. So for instance a Wixom could enter black and solid. A Stud Spider in bay appy could enter both the bay class as well as the appaloosa pattern class. Also gender and age may be entered the same way... If you have an Amber she could enter both "mare/filly" as well as the foal class. This enables each horse to enter as many classes as possible... Plus in the real horse world the patterns are over color... So we judge them seperately as well. :)
Prizes are yet to be determined but should include OF models (minimum Classic sized, bigger depending on entries.
