Our House Parties

Thanks for your interest in our parties. First and foremost our parties are for COUPLES, or SINGLES. Singles means you have no spouse at home. WE DO NOT WANT ANY PEOPLE IN OUR HOME WHO IS MARRIED AND SWINGING BEHIND THEIR SPOUSES BACK. We love having these parties so like minded individuals can come together for some fun. We like partying with our friends in a safe, fun atmosphere for all. We have few rules that we hope that you agree to if not you will be asked to leave. We are NOT into drama so if you and your spouse aren't feeling right about things please don't bring it to our party. We ask that each person bring their own drinks, whether it be alcohol or soft drinks or both. We will not supply your drinks. We always supply some sort of meat and ask that each guest bring a side dish or finger food. If you find someone your attracted to and your too shy to introduce yourself ask Tony or myself to introduce you. We will do what we can to make your evening a fun one. We hope that you enjoy our party and will be back soon.

Our rules for fun

• Please ask Tony or myself before tying up our bedroom. We like it free if we are intending to play. Don't forget the sex swing in the basement is an option.
• Please do not do anything in our yard to raise questions in the neighbors minds.
• Please do not leave condoms laying around.
• Please respect NO means NO
• Please Do not be in my front yard or driveway at any time unless arriving or leaving the party is inside or on the deck.
• Please do NOT drink and drive, If your drinking plan to spend the night.
• Please limit your time in the hottub as others are waiting to get in.
• Please feel free to use the bedrooms that is what they are there for. These bedrooms have our belongings in them please leave them as you find them. Please remove the comforter before having sex on the bed. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LOCK OUR BEDROOM DOORS. IF WE NEED SOMETHING IN THEM WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN. IF THIS DISTURBS YOU And YOU NEED TOTAL PRIVACY BEHIND A LOCKED DOOR MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET A HOTEL ROOM. THERE ARE SEVERAL HOTELS IN SHEPHERDSVILLE CLOSE TO HERE.
• Please respect our neighborhood and our home.
• Tony and I are playing seperate now so if your interested just ask. However one of us will probably always be downstairs hosting the party so be patient.
• Please bring whatever you intend to drink.
• Bring something sexy to change into.
• Bring a good attitude and a desire for fun.
• Please no smoking in our home, Lesa has asthma and is allergic to the smoke. We will try to have the garage warm in cold weather and have a comfortable atmosphere out there for you to indulge. If it is warm you can smoke on the deck.
• PLEASE DISPOSE OF TRASH YOURSELF. THERE ARE TRASH CANS SET AROUND FOR THIS PURPOSE.
• Please do not park in the street. We know moving cars is a hassle but your car is safer in the driveway. If you intend to spend the night please arrive early to be at the top of the driveway.
• Please do NOT park in our yard if it has been a rainy week. Our yard stays wet and we don't want to have ruts to remember you by.
• If your prejudice of any kind , there are all races, shapes and sizes at our parties so if this bothers you our parties may not be for you.
• Please do not leave your belongings in one of the bedrooms and expect to be able to go in and out of the rooms. If someone has that door closed I DO NOT want anyone knocking or opening it unless it is Tony or myself. If someone wants watchers or joiners they won't shut the door.
• NO MARRIED PEOPLE ACTING SINGLE.
• Please do not claim a bed and go to bed before the party winds down. First and foremost these beds are for partying and secondly the beds are on a first come first served basis so that bed is probably already claimed for the evening.
• Please limit outdoor nudity until after dark.
• No Cameras are allowed at our parties. If you ask someone if you can take pics and they agree please do it where no one else can be caught in the pics. Also be aware that my HOUSE is in those pics so be careful.
