1 cup quick oats (soak 20 minutes)
1 1/4 cups boiling water (use to soak oats)
1 stick margarine
Combine oats and margarine, cream with;
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Melt margarine in pan. Add brown sugar and cook 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil. Take off heat and add powdered sugar. Bbeat until creamy and smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
