There is a lot of thing to take part in when you are in Middle School and High School. But me, I took part in Colorguard, Band, and Choir. As you can tell I love anything that has to do with music. Plus I had some good teachers. Melissa Doll, Beth Towels, Tim Towels, and Jimmy Sizemore. Plus the people that was in those things with me, we all got along great.
I remember me and my best friends Amy Jessie, Anita McGrew, and Trina Sandlin were all going to tryout for Colorguard. Trina and Amy were Freshman, Anita was Sophmore and I was a Junior; and it was at the end of that school year. We would practice at lunch and different times. Then Trina quit and Anita quit and it was just me and Amy. Which was ok with us, but we tried to talk the other two into coming back but it didn't work. We finally had tryouts and Amy and I made it. Along with Crystal Sizemore, Kristi Jarvis, Amanda Stewart, Bethany Swafford, Reanna Inman, Thelma Hamilton, Philana Walker, and Shawna Bales. There were two other girls but they didn't last long.
But Colorguard was a blast we had a lot of fun, and we were undefeted in 1995.
Now it is 2003 and my cousin Dorothy Lunsford is in 7th grade at Clay County Middle School and she is on the Colorguard for the 2003-2004 year for the Clay County High School.
