Sasami is Ayeka's little sister. She is light-hearted and cute. She looks to be around 8-10 years old, but because she is from Jurai, she is much older. She is young, even in Jurai. Being the youngest of the Tenchi group, she should be able to play and do whatever she wants. That's not the case. Being the only one who can cook, she is very busy feeding about 10 people. Also, she is usually the only one to do house work.
She is very busy, but when she has the time, Sasami will play with Ryo-ohki. Ryo-ohki is probably considered Sasami's best friend. Actually, Ryo-ohki is Sasami's pet in the Tenchi in Tokyo series.
Sasami Differences
Tenchi Muyo!:
Sasami actually died in this series. Tsunami entered her body and keeps her alive. When Sasami grows up, she will look like Tsunami, making Ayeka and Ryoko jealous.
Tenchi Universe:
No big changes to Sasami. It's pretty much the descreption I gave up top. Except that she and Ryo-ohki meet a young ghost girl on a ghost ship and become friends with her.
Tenchi in Tokyo:
Ryo-ohki is Sasami's pet. Ryo-ohki can also change into a giant robot that Sasami controls.
Magical Girl Pretty Sammy
She is given special powers by Tsunami to defend the earth. It looks like a Sailor Moon spoof.
