Mihoshi is from the Galaxy Police, a highly ranked police squad that protects the universe. It is a surprise to find Mihoshi there. She is ditsy and clumsy. Not what you would expect from the Galaxy Police. She is funny, though. I would say that she is the comedy relief of the entire series. Some of her favorite hobbies are sleeping, eating, and being with Kiyone (Tenchi Universe and Tenchi in Tokyo only). You can usually find Mihoshi crying, sleeping, or laughing. Mihoshi is a kid at heart. She loves cartoons and comics. She hardly acts mature, except when on the job. Then, she usually messes things up or doesn't follow orders. She does cheer up the rest of the group (except Washu, who can't stand her. Or Kiyone). She stands out among the rest. I would consider her the 3rd destructive, after Ryoko and Washu. She is a funny character and she has a fun time no matter what trouble Tenchi and the others get into.
