His most frequently used attacks are the Rocket Launch (a rocket-shaped blast of energy), the Rocket Fist (encasing his hand in energy to add more power to his punches), and the Rocket's Red Glare (creation of an extremely bright red flash of light to briefly blind his foes). Additionally, Rocket Warrior carries six Pokémon with him at all times: A Lapras, a Golem, a Jigglypuff, a Meowth, a Spearow, and a Flareon.

Background: Shortly out of high school, the man who would become Rocket Warrior befriended a teenager named Smith. Neither young man knew what to do with their lives, and turned to crime. In one of their escapades, Rocket Warrior was arrested and spent three years in prison. When he finally got out, he found that his friend Smith had joined the gang of Pokémon trainers called Team Rocket. Seeing nothing better to do, Rocket Warrior joined as well.
While moonlighting as a Team Rocketeer, Rocket Warrior met and fell in love with a woman named Marie. Shortly afterwards, they had a baby girl, Lydia. Following this, Rocket Warrior finally received his codename when he underwent a process that genetically enhanced him so that he could retrieve a rogue Pokémon named MewTwo. Rocket Warrior attempted to capture the fiend, but instead ran afoul of the ZUY˝ Fighters. He escaped from them, but was then beaten and hypnotized by MewTwo.
Eventually MewTwo was defeated by Rocket Warrior's own boss, Giovanni. The Warrior returned to Team Rocket, but was now a laughing stock to his inability to capture MewTwo. After this, his wife succumbed to the trauma of learning that her husband was geneticaly enhanced, and went insane. She was placed in an asylum. To gain money for her medical bills, Rocket Warrior entered the Tenkaichi Budokai and battled Coliflur. She defeated him and he went home in shame.
Not too long after, Rocket Warrior was contacted by Coliflur, who wanted him for her new Ginyu Force. Deciding that he was a failure as a Team Rocketeer, a husband, and a father, Rocket left his daghter with his parents and joined Coliflur. He served as a trustworthy member of the New Ginyu Force, but upon realizing his own mortality during the fights with Tamoto and Yamu, he decided it was at last time to return home and live up to his responsibilities.
Rocket Warrior was reunited with his daughter and his estranged wife, and has devoted all his energy to taking care of them as he originally should have done. His role in the lives of the New Ginyu Force isn't over, though; he still functions as an "on-call" reserve member, and even aided them in their fight against the Been Team.
