Powers: Frosta can manipulate ki in order to fly and throw energy blasts. Her only named attack is a blast she calls her Power Beam. Like her more famous relative, Frosta also has a tail which she enjoys using to entangle, strangle, and otherwise mangle her foes.
Background: Frosta is what some might refer to as a "spoiled brat." While her uncle King Kold was out conquering planets, Frosta's own father, Bruce Kold, was conquering corporations. No boardroom was safe, no executive suite offered refuge from his hostile takeovers. At the time of Son Goku's battle with Freeza on Namek, Bruce Kold's business empire spanned the civilized galaxy. He had a monopoly on everything from space travel to common appliances. And when he died in a freak snowboarding accident, everything he had was bequeathed to his daughter Frosta.
Young Frosta has never pretended to know much of anything about the business world. No, she spent most of her youth cheerleading and flirting with the football team. So it came as no surprise to the board of directors of Cold Corp. that when she took over, she immediately left the day-to-day operations in the hands of others more capable while she herself began spending her recently inherited fortune to tour the galaxy. Frosta bought a fleet of grandiose space yachts, not to mention a planetoid to call her home, and set out on her path towards becoming the galaxy's biggest hedonist.
On one of her space jaunts, Frosta passed over the planet Arganora, where sensors aboard her ship detected some fairly high power readings. She had the crew land, and there they encountered Nappa, Asparaga, and Meebor, all stranded. Frosta invited the trio to join her as bodyguards, and they agreed. Shortly thereafter, Nappa's and Asparaga's child, Tato, was kidnapped by Coliflur. Frosta accompanied the pair to Earth, where she met a human named Zeno, who wined and dined her in order to stall for time while the baby was recovered. Eventually Tato was found, and Frosta and her allies left Earth.
Frosta continued to live on her planetoid to this day, surrounded by the most delicious foods, the most intoxicating wines, and the most scantily-clad men she can find.
