Tates Creek has dropped to 0-3 in district play but remains a dangerous foe capable of putting together a winning performance in any game.  The offense has been led by Quincy Taylor, who has gained 972 yards on the ground.  The Commodore defense must slow down the potent Cardinal ground game to have a chance to win.

Scott County took the kickoff to start the third quarter but three plays later fumbled the ball away to Tates Creek on the Scott County 47.  Quincy Taylor capitalized on the turnover by rushing for an eight yard TD to give Tates Creek their first lead of the night.  The Tates Creek defense held on the next possession and the offense marched down the field to take a 28-14 lead on a four yard run by Quincy Taylor.  Tates Creek outscored the Cardinals 14-7 in the final period to depart Rawlings Stadium with a 42-21 victory.
