Well I think all the big changes are over for me...I continue to loose weight and enjoy the comfort from it...I know I sound like a broken record but, I still can eat anything I wish, just in small amounts...I never get sick now or have any stomach problems from eating...I think I enjoy my food more now that I don't have to feel so guilty about every bite I put in my mouth...you know wondering if this is going to be the mouthfull that puts on that extra pound again...I'm only about 30 pounds away from goal... at this point I do feel like I going to make it...I feel that I'm very blessed in everyway...I guess two words say it all for me... BLESSED and FREEDOM... Oh! the pic on this page is when our family went on vacation at Daytona Beach Florida...
