I'll Never Find Someone Like YouKristen woke up the next morning and looked over at the clock hanging on the wall seeing that it was eight-thirty in the morning. "Shit!" she screamed jumping up and stepping on AJ as flew out of the bed.
"What the fuck?" AJ asked as Kristen stepped on his stomach. "What are you doing?" he asked watching Kristen hurrying up and getting dressed in the clothes she wore the day before and brushing her hair out with her fingers since she didn't have a brush handy.
"I'm gonna be late! What is taking you so long? Get out of bed and get dressed!" Kristen yelled pulling the blankets off the bed and grabbing AJ's arm yanking him out of bed.
"Late for what?"
"I have an autograph signing with Mandy and Jasmine in less then two hours and it takes three and half to get back to Orlando! Now hurry up!"
"Damn, and you haven't even had any caffine this morning," AJ said sarcastically. AJ only had his boxers on at this point so Kristen grabbed all his clothes and his shoes off the floor, grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the bedroom and out of the cabin grabbing her purse on the way out. "Do you mind? I don't have any clothes on!" AJ yelled running to the car in his boxers.
"AJ we're in the middle of no where! And besides they are just like swimming trunks!"
"Swimming trunks don't have an open hole in the front!" Kristen just rolled her eyes throwing his clothes in the back seat as she got in the driver's seat putting the key in the ignition and slamming on the accelerator in reverse. "Can you wait until I'm in the car!" AJ yelled swinging his legs into the car while it was going and slamming the car door shut.
"If I am late for this Jasmine is going to kill me." As soon as Kristen pulled onto the highway she heard police sirens behind her. "Shit!" she said pulling over to the side of the road.
"Oh this is just great," AJ said sarcatically trying to collect all his clothes in the back seat to hurry up and get dressed when the police officer knocked on the car window. Kristen unrolled the car window to see a lady police officer giving AJ a weird look.
"I'm really sorry I know I was speeding but we are in such a hurry to get to an autograph signing."
"Are you AJ from the Backstreet Boys?" the lady asked.
"Um....no actually I'm not. I just happen to look a lot like him," AJ lied feeling really embarassed as he laid his pants over his lap and legs trying to cover himself up.
"AJ!" Kristen yelled at him. "Actually yes this is the one and only AJ McLean. I doubt you would ever see another guy with '69' tattooed around his belly button. And he would love to give you an autograph if you let us out of this ticket."
"It's a deal."
"Great," Kristen said digging in the glove compartment for a paper and pen and giving to AJ who signed it and gave it back to the cop.
"Thank you," she said writting down on her clip board then tearing a piece of paper off and giving it to Kristen.
"A two hundred dollar ticket? You said you wouldn't you wouldn't give us one!"
"So I lied. Now you got a ticket for driving thirty miles over the speed limit and blackmailing a police officer. And I still got an autograph out of it, have a nice day," she said going back to her car.
"Uh! That stupid bitch!" Kristen yelled after she rolled up her window then started driving away.
"What the hell made you think you could blackmail a cop?" AJ asked getting dressed.
"Howie did it when he was double parked at the church!"
"It was the other way around Kristen! The cop told his bodyguard if he signed her an autograph she wouldn't give him a ticket. He didn't ask her!" Kristen just looked at AJ then slammed on the accelerator again. "You think you would learn your lesson when you just got a ticket less then a minute ago."
"What part of I cannot be late don't you understand? And besides that stupid bitch ass cop turned around and drove the other way."
"If you think I'm paying for all the tickets you'll be getting by the time we get back home you're out of your mind."
"This is your own fault you know that don't you?"
"How the hell do you figure!"
"Because spending our anniversary at a cabin three and half hours away was all your idea."
"And it was your idea that we, quote, 'skip dinner and go right to dessert', was it not?" AJ asked.
"Well if I hadn't suggested that we would have been up a lot later than we were."
"Where the hell is your purse?" AJ asked looking around on the floor of the back seat. "Found it," he said then began going through it and taking her medication out getting two pills. "Open your mouth."
"Why?" Kristen asked and AJ popped the two pills in her mouth when she spoke then held her jaw shut.
"I'm not letting go until you swallow." Kristen glared at him then swallowed the pills he popped in her mouth.
"What was up with that?"
"You're in a piss ass mood."
"The pills are for fucking depression AJ not to get me out of a bad mood!"
"You are stressing out that is what they are for so you don't get depressed from it!"
"Whatever," Kristen said and didn't say another word to him the rest of the way. By the time they got to Orlando they were already almost two hours late so Kristen decided she wouldn't go home to change she would just wear the outfit she had on. She pulled over to the side of the road about fifteen minutes from the Virgin Records store and took her seat belt off.
"What are you doing now?" AJ asked her.
"Get out of the car you have to drive from here so I can put my make-up on." AJ got out of the car and went around to the driver's seat while Kristen just crawled into the passenger seat. AJ started driving away and Kristen put on her heals she wore the day before and put on make-up. They finally got there and there was no way AJ could park in the back since the security gate was closed and no one was around to open it. He had to drive around the parking lot for about ten minutes before finding a place to park way in the back. "Are all these people here for us?" Kristen asked looking out the car window at the hundreds of people lined up.
"You, Mandy, and Jasmine are the only famous ones here so I would think so."
"Can you believe this!" Kristen yelled leaning over grabbing AJ and kissing him. "Come on let's go!" Kristen yelled jumping out of the car.
"And it only took two hours for the medicine to kick in. She needs some drugs that work faster," AJ said sarcastically to himself getting out of the car. Kristen grabbed his hand and started pulling him running as fast as she could which wasn't very fast with the two inch heals she was wearing "Kristen hold on," AJ said making her stop running as they got loser.
"What? We have to get in there."
"Have you looked around? There are literally hundreds of people lined up outside the doors. It is only going to take one person to recognize both of us then all of them will attack us. And I'm pretty sure that every person here is going to recognize you as Kristen from Love's Angels and me from the Backstreet Boys. And I'm really not in the mood for either one of us to get our clothes ripped off."
"That's why you go first and distract everyone and I'll sneak in."
"What are you getting lessons from Brian on how to avoid crowds?" AJ asked sarcastically.
"No because Nick deserves to get shoved off the bus first. And besides if you thought along my level you would know we could go around back and just hop the gate, so let's go." Kristen grabbed his hand and started running towards the back and when she reached the gate she realized she couldn't get over it with the dress she was wearing since it was too tight. AJ picked her up and lifted her over the gate since it wasn't very high then went over it himself. They entered the building and there were fans every where in the store buying cds and they immediately recognized Kristen and AJ. "Oh shit," Kristen said and AJ grabbed her hand and took off running through the store. "AJ! I can't run in these shoes!"
"Well you better or I'll end up dragging you." AJ knew exactly where the girls would be signing autographs since he had done it before there too.
"Where the hell have you been?" Jasmine whispered to Kristen angerly as her and AJ hopped over the rope going around the area they were in as more fans crowded around them. "I went to your house and no one was there. We waited for you for an hour here hoping you would show up before we started signing autographs."
"And don't you think you're a little over dressed for this?" Mandy asked looking at Kristen in the velvet dress while her and Jasmine were wearing jeans.
"We slept in late okay? I didn't have time to go home and change or else I would have been even later."
"Whatever just sit down and start signing cds these people are giving you."
"Howie is in the employee area at the back of the store," Mandy said to AJ. "You might want to go back there and keep him company since they wouldn't let him stay with us."
"Why is Howie here? I thought he was with the other guys?"
"He flew in today since he wanted to be here for our first signing and concert by ourselves." AJ went to the back of the store and found where Howie was at.
"So why are you really here?" AJ asked him. "There has to be more to it than you just wanted to be here for their first concert and signing like Mandy said."
"I wanted to see Mandy perform, that's it," Howie said.
"D, she's single again! I don't understand why you don't just ask her out. You know she'll say yes."
"No I don't know that and you don't know that either. She's probably still hurting over what TJ did to her."
"Then be spontanious with her and she'll have to fall for ya."
"I don't know. Maybe." They were at Virgin Records until about four in the afternoon when they had to stop signing autographs so they could go across the street to the House of Blues to get ready for the concert that night. "So you ready for this?" Howie asked Mandy backstage right before they were to go on.
"I don't think so. I mean it's not a large crowd like usual but this time all these people are here for us not Britney Spears."
"You'll do good, I promise. Now get out there with Jasmine and Kristen," Howie said giving her a hug as she ran out onto the stage. The curtains opened and they broke out singing and dancing to their single "Making It Tonight". Afterwards they sang "Just Breath", "Tryin' To Move On", "Kickin' It", and "I Should Have Known". They weren't doing a full concert since none of them were ready for it so for their fifth and final song they all grabbed stools and sat down in the middle of the stage with their microphones.
"This song is called 'I'll Never Find Someone Someone Like You' and I would like to dedicate it to someone who that no matter what I know I can't live without," Kristen said and looked over at AJ who was sitting in a balcony type thing on the side of the stage and smiled.

When they were finished everyone clapped and screamed until the curtain closed. Kristen ran backstage where she met up with AJ and wrapped her arms around him and kissed him while Mandy went up to Howie. "I told you that you'd do good," Howie told her.
"I know, thanks. What's wrong with you?"
"Nothing why?"
"You just look a little nervous."
"Oh, I'm fine don't worry about it."
"Are you sure?" Mandy asked and Howie just looked at her for a second.
"No," he said then remembered what AJ said about being spontanious and without hesitating he grabbed Mandy pulling her close to him and pressing his lips firmly against her's.
