Our Wedding Day

We were maried one Sunday In May We said our vows, and with you I will forever stay.

God joined us together 52 years ago and In my heart you are a glow.

Till death do us part the preacher said and on that day we were wed.

Vows were taken serious then, and thats the way It should have been.

With five childrn we were blessed, and you worked hard without much rest.

We have worked together side beside, you taught school, and I was their night watchman and your bride.

God help us to always see the things In life you gave to me.

A pure love sent by God above and things In life that we truly love.

And all the thanks I give to thee, the man above that died for me.
