Checking herself out in the body length mirror in her room Stephanie fixed her elegant floor length black strapless dress that hugged tightly at her breasts and abdomen, then fell loosely at the hips. Her hair was down and curled in large spiral curls and her make up was done professionally thanks to her personal make up artist that came over to help her. Running her hands over her stomach and hips Stephanie smiled at her image and grabbed her purse then headed out of her room. Walking down the small hall of her, Lisa and Theresa’s apartment she finally entered the living room and was greeted with loud whistling that came from the adjoined kitchen. Turning Stephanie saw Lisa, Nick, Theresa, A.J and Brian sitting at the kitchen table staring at her.
"What? Do I not look right?" Stephanie asked subconsciously looking at them worriedly.
"No, you look great." Brian smiled standing up and heading towards her looking her up and down. "Kevin won’t be able to keep his hands off of you."
"That’s what I’m hoping for." Stephanie giggled lightly looking at Brian. "Do you know where he’s taking me?"
"Nope, have no clue." Brian replied a small smile spreading upon his lips.
"Yes you do." Stephanie whined. "Guys?"
"No."
"Nope have no clue." A.J shrugged.
"Nuh uh."
"Nope."
"See I told ya." Brian smarted off just as a knock at the door could be heard. "Hmm…I wonder who that could be?" He wondered sarcastically walking towards the door. Pulling it open, Stephanie could see Kevin standing on the other end in a black tux. Stephanie smiled brightly as he looked up at her and smiled back. Walking in Kevin headed straight towards her carrying a small black velvet box.
"Hey there, you look beautiful." Kevin complemented as Brian passed by them and headed back into the kitchen and taking his seat next to Theresa.
"Thank you. And you look quite handsome." Stephanie grinned looking him up and down.
"Thank you, but I think there’s something missing." Kevin smirked handing her the box. Stephanie took the box and looked up at Kevin then down at the box. Slowly pulling it open her eyes widened as she gazed at the beautiful 2-carat heart-shaped diamond on a gold chain.
"Oh, Kev, it’s gorgeous." Stephanie said looking into Kevin’s green eyes.
"Its yours." He said taking the box from her and taking out the necklace and placing it around her neck.
"Thank you." She smiled kissing his cheek lightly. Remembering their little audience Stephanie turned and grinned sweetly. "I think we’ll be off tonight."
"Have fun you two." Lisa giggled as Kevin took Stephanie’s hand and led her towards the door.
"We will." Kevin grinned slyly as he opened the door for Stephanie.
"Bye." Stephanie waved as she walked out with Kevin behind her.
"Bye!" They all yelled back before Kevin shut the door behind them.
"So where are we off to?" Stephanie questioned as they headed down the staircase towards the large black, shiny stretch limousine.
"That my dear is a surprise." Kevin answered opening the door for her and helping her in.
"Damn you, and your surprises." Stephanie laughed lightly as she took her seat in the limo with Kevin next to her. As soon as Kevin shut the limo door they were off. Taking a hold of Stephanie’s hand Kevin squeezed it lightly then turned to look at her.
"Baby I want to tell you something…" Kevin trailed off looking deeply into her deep brown eyes that shined in the passing lights of the interstate.
"Yeah, tell me." Stephanie smiled rubbing her hand against his knee.
"I’ve been wanting to tell you this for God knows how long…" He grinned as he leaned over and kissed her ear lobe lightly then whispered, "I love you." Stephanie smiled brightly.
"I love you too Kevin." Stephanie whispered back as she placed her hands on his face and kissed his lips softly. As their tongues began to intertwine together the limo stopped causing them to break apart. As the chaffer pulled the door open to reveal a huge opera house, Stephanie’s eyes grew wide. "Oh wow." Stephanie mumbled as Kevin climbed out then helped her out as well.
"Surprise." Kevin grinned placing his hand on her lower back guiding her towards the entrance down the red carpet.
"This is great, what are we going to see?" Stephanie wondered looking at him as they headed towards their seats in the balcony area.
"Phantom of the Opera." Kevin replied taking a seat next to his girlfriend.
"I’ve never seen this before, and I can’t wait." Stephanie smiled. "Thank you for bringing me." She said leaning over to kiss his cheek as the lights went out and the show began.
-After the show-
"So where are we off to now?" Stephanie asked playing with Kevin’s fingers in the limousine.
"Dinner." Kevin answered. "I thought I heard your stomach talking to me when we were in there." He joked kissing her neck lightly.
"Mmm…well I never got a chance to get anything to eat cause I was busy getting beautiful for you." Stephanie smirked pushing him away slowly.
"And it was worth it, I shall say." Kevin chuckled as they pulled up to a one and half story wooden cabin.
"Um…Kevin this isn’t a restaurant." Stephanie stated as Kevin helped her out.
"I know, we’re having dinner here." Kevin said, as he paid the limo driver then helped Stephanie to the log cabin. Looking around Stephanie seen that the cabin was surrounded by the forest towards the ocean part of Florida. Unlocking the door Kevin pulled it open large enough for him and Stephanie to enter. The living room had a red look to it caused by the fire in the fireplace, there was a sofa, coffee table where a bottle of champagne sat with two gold rimmed glasses, and two other chairs just sitting there with pink rose petals scattered everywhere. Stephanie gasped at the sight as her eyes followed the rose petals, which were split in two different directions. In one direction the petals headed towards the dimly lit kitchen, and in the other direction, the roses head over to a staircase that lead up to a loft bedroom.
"Its beautiful." Stephanie gushed as Kevin shut the door quietly behind her, then wrapped his arms around her waist from behind and began to slowly kiss her neck lightly.
"Your beautifuler." Kevin complemented moving his hands from around her waist then down her arms to her hands.
"More beautiful Kev." She corrected him, smiling uncontrollably.
"Most beautifuliest!" Intertwining his fingers with hers, he moved from behind her and pulled her towards the kitchen. "Dinner my lady." He smiled pulling her towards the small kitchen table that had two long, slim candles lit with long stemmed pink roses around them. Two meal dishes that were covered and two wineglasses filled to the middle.
"Mmm…this smells good." Stephanie grinned as Kevin pulled out the golden English chair and helped Stephanie into it. "What is it?"
"Well Sweetie, you’ll just have to wait and see…" Kevin trailed off as he removed the metal meal cover to reveal a plate of mozzarella cheese pasta and small chicken fingers.
"Oooo, I like." Stephanie smiled looking up at him then watched him walk to his seat where he took of his lid and placed it to the side.
"Lets make a toast." He suggested holding up his wineglass. Stephanie nodded in agreement and held up hers to. "I want to make a toast, to the greatest, sweetest and most beautifuliest person in the world."
"And who’s that?" Stephanie asked as Kevin reached over and squeezed her hand lightly.
"You of course." Kevin snickered tapping his glass against hers then taking a sip.
-After dinner-
Stephanie and Kevin were in the living room sitting on the couch watching the flames of the fire dance with each other.
"You know what Stephanie?" Kevin smiled over at his girlfriend as he ran his hands lovingly through the strands of her loose hair.
"Hmm?" Stephanie asked her eyes closed as she massaged the inside of Kevin’s thigh softly.
"I love you." Kevin whispered sweetly into her ear.
"I love you too." Stephanie smiled at him while she opened her eyes to look at him. Moving closer Stephanie softly brushed her lips against his as her hand went a little higher and started to massage his groin area. Kevin’s breath got caught in his throat at Stephanie’s touch. Kissing her way to his ear, Stephanie softly licked his earlobe and whispered, "Kevin, make love to me…I love you so much." "Lay back sweetie, this is all for you. Just close your eyes." Kevin smiled as she obeyed him. Turning back to the stereo Kevin pulled out one of his favorite CD’s Boyz II Men. Putting it on number 9 Kevin headed back toward the bed as he discarded his white dress shirt and wife beater leaving him bare chested.
