This is the part of my site that makes it an offical Karato site. This is where I'll actually tell you why I think they'd make a good couple, and why I disagree with the other couples like Mimato, Dakari, ect. ( >< Dakari.. *shivers* The very thought!!) So in a way, this is the most important part of my site.. though not the most exciting. ^^
' Why is this site dedicated to Karato' you might ask? Mainly because they're my favorite characters. ^^ But also because I've thought about it continuously, and it didn't take me long to decide that they would make a good couple. And don't you start saying, But they're three years apart!! 'cause most married couples I know are three to TEN years apart. Age doesn't matter when it comes to love, 'k?
I know it's never been shown in the show (and it never will be) but their personalities go so well together. If you don't understand what I mean, I'll explain. Kari's sweet and kind, and Matt's all cool and sorta a rebel. If they were boyfriend and girlfriend, every time Matt got angry or depressed, Kari's the kind of person who could easily rise his spirits back up with her sweetness. Or any time Kari felt down because of something she did wrong, Matt's caring ways would make her relize she did nothing wrong, and make her smile again.

Lets see. Matt and Sora... Well, I can't see them as a couple, but that's probably because I'm not a big Sora fan. Never in the show did they have even the smallest romantic moment together; But Sorato fans could argue that they both had problems with their family in the past, and that they were the only kids that the "black mist" went into. In some ways, they have things in common, but that doesn't mean they'd make a good couple ya know. In my opinion, opposites attract (like Matt and Kari ^^). But remember people, that's just my opinion...
I'll admit it: Mimato fans just plain scare me. Matt and Mimi could never be a couple in a million years (or at least that's what I think). I've played it through my mind over and over, but I still don't have a single reason why they'd make a good couple. Mimi's the kind of person who'd drive Matt crazy before long. Her prissy voice is so annoying, and Matt's already said himself that he thinks she's a weirdo. Remember when he said, "She's at it again. Do you think Mimi hears the same things we hear? I'm not sure anymore.."? I remember that.
The only reason I gave Mimato a '1' was because they'd be a cute comedy-relief couple. Can you imagine Mimi dragging Matt through a mall, with Matt burried in GAP and Old Navy bags she made him carry? ^^ That'd be a good laugh. But as a couple that really understands eachother's feelings, (and who's love would last), that's a no-go for me.
Now on to the Kari couples.. First: Takeru and Kari. (If I wasn't a Karato fan, I'd be a devoted Takari fan ^_^ ) Unlike Matt and Kari, these two are the same age. In season 1, they were friends, but nothing more. But in 02, it seems that TK is attracted to Kari, but just won't admit it. ^^ These two are always hanging-out with eachother and agree on a lot of things. Kari and TK always get along well, so I have nothing against Takari. They're real cute together. ^^
I definitely like Kekari more than Takari. Why? Well, because I'm a a huge Ken-fan of course. ^^; (There many good fanfics out there that prove these two could be a couple.) Pretty much anybody who likes likes Karato (like me) must like Kekari. The reason is because Matt and Ken are alike in a lot of ways. Well, in some ways anyway..
They're both the "agressive" one of the bunch. And both Matt and Ken drifted away from the others for a while. Anyway, Kari and Ken could be a couple in my opinion, 'cause Kari is the kind of person who would forgive Ken for his past actions. I mean, have you known Kari to hold a grudge against anyone before?
If Kekari fans had the show their way, Kari would be the only one to give Ken a second chance, and she'd hang around him constantly - trying to help him. Then they'd become friends, and slowly their friendship would blossom into love. Oookaay, that's enough rambling on and on I think. ^^;
But I should probably tell you why I gave Kekari a 3. You'd think I would give them a 4 or 5 since I'm a Kekari fan - but no. Well, I wanted to give them a 4, but that's what I gave Takari; And sadly, there's a VERY slim chance of Kekari ever happening - but there's a huge probability of Takari. So, I didn't think it was fair to give Kekari the same rate as Takari. Now, on to Koukari...
Koukari isn't very popular, but I've seen it here n' there. I'm not a Koukari fan, but I got nothing against its fans. After all, Koukari's a lot like Karato ya know. Both are Hikari dating an older guy. But Koukari fans probably only like it 'cause their fav Digidestined are Izzy and Kari. No offence, but I really can't see these two as a couple. Don't start thinking I hate Koukari; I actually think the Izz-man and Kari look cute together. ^^
*gags* Davis and Kari??!?!?!? Not in this lifetime people! >< I'm sorry if any of you are Dakari fans, (and I hope you're not), but these two couldn't be a couple for long. Ya see, Davis likes Kari for her looks (and some-what her personality); And I'd say that if they were boyfriend and girlfriend, Davis would discover that Kari and him have nothing in common, and that he really just likes her as a friend. Plus, Kari would never want to be Davis' girlfriend. ^^;
Well, those were my opinions on some Digi-couples. Please don't flame me, because I have nothing against these couples (except for maybe Dakari..)
