“Oh um…I’m going back in just forget I was ever here.” Theresa said as she walked up behind Stephanie and watched as A.J glared at her evilly.
“Theresa wait.” Stephanie called out.
“What?”
“Talk to A.J…”
“Right now Stephanie, I can’t stand to look at her.” A.J rudely commented as he stormed passed Theresa and back into the restaurant.
“Steph, sorry for ruining this for you.” Theresa apologized as she wiped away a tear.
“No, you didn’t what you did was the right thing, and you knew it.” Stephanie supported as she hugged her crying friend.
“Oh shit! What time is it?” Theresa panicked noticing how dark it was outside.
“Um…” Stephanie began as she looked down at the small silver watched she had on, “it’s 11:00pm why?”
“Damn it, I have to go home and get my stuff and head to the airport.” Theresa sighed.
“Ok, I’ll have Kevin take…”
“No Steph, that’s ok. I’ll take a taxi home and one to the airport.” Theresa said as the two headed back inside.
“Are you sure…”
“Yes.” Theresa butted in.
“Ok.” Stephanie gave in as she followed Theresa back inside. Walking back to the dining table Theresa and Stephanie both noticed that everyone was standing up getting ready to leave.
“Um…everyone, I gotta get going. I have to go home and get my stuff and change, then I’ve gotta get going to the airport.” Theresa explained.
“Oh you have to leave.” Nick wined as he walked towards her and gave her a hug.
“Yeah I’ve gotta go, but I’ll call ya.” Theresa promised as she moved to Leighanne, Jessica and Howie. “Bye bro.”
“Bye sis, you gonna call me to?” Brian asked as he hugged Theresa both kissing each other’s cheeks.
“Yeah.” Theresa smiled as she moved on to Lisa. “Bye Lis.”
“Bye girl, take care of yourself.” Lisa said hugging her to.
“I will.” Theresa answered as she moved on to Kevin.
“Bye shorty.” Kevin chuckled as he wrapped his arms around her and her the same.
“Bye, Jolly Green Giant.” Theresa giggled as she moved next to Stephanie.
“Later, oh yeah, and you best send me pictures of that baby, and an invitation to the wedding.”
“I will don’t worry.” Stephanie grinned. After breaking from their hug Theresa looked at A.J who was staring into space then back at Stephanie. Stephanie caught on what she was suggesting and admittedly pushed everyone out of the room. After the room was clear Theresa walked towards A.J and stood in front of him.
“A.J.” She whispered, but he didn’t answer so she went on. Walking closer to him she wrapped her arms around his waist and hugged him tightly not carrying if whether he responded or not, which he didn’t. A.J could feel the tears on his blue shirt and started to feel his eyes water to. Looking up Theresa kissed his cheek then whispered, “Whatever happens I want you to know I will always love you and no one can change that.” With that Theresa left the room leaving A.J in tears. Walking outside she noticed the familiar shiny yellow taxi waiting for her and her friends beside it.
“Bye.” They all coursed as she climbed in and waved everyone goodbye. After they made it to her house she went inside changed into a pair of navy blue windbreaker pants green tank and through her hair into a loose ponytail as she grabbed her bags and headed out the door to the awaiting taxi. Climbing in she was off to the airport, ticket firmly in hand. Pulling into the crowed airport parking lot, Theresa climbed out and made her way in. After giving her luggage to the luggage men she handed her ticket to the ticket lady and headed on the plane. Finding her seat she sat in it and pulled out her Walkman and flipped it to the clearest radio station. Finally finding a station the tunes of ‘From the Bottom of My Broken Heart’ by Brittany Spears came through her headphones.

‘Hmm…this song sounds like me and A.J.’ Theresa thought sadly as she began to feel the plane start to take off.

After the song was over Theresa already had tears in her eyes just thinking back to all the fun her and A.J had, but who was she kidding, she is now going into the future so she decided to leave the past at rest.
“LA, here I come.” Theresa smiled as she stared out the window looking though the white fluffy cute shaped clouds.
