KNOCK, KNOCK
Separating himself from the game he stood up and walked to the door. Opening it he saw his lovely girlfriend.
“Hey sexy.” Lisa smiled as she walked towards him and kissing him forcefully causing the two to fall to the floor. As the kiss became more passionate Nick rolled over on top of Lisa as one hand headed up her shirt and the other was undoing her white jean shorts. Pushing Nick away she laughed, “Not yet, your going to have to tame your one eyed monster for awhile.”
“Sorry, its just how could a guy like me resist you?” Nick said giving a to die for smile as he helped her up off the floor.
“In many ways.” Lisa giggled as Nick pulled her to his Nitendo.
“Want to play?” Nick asked as he sat down in front of the controller that he was using.
“Are you sure you want me to? Cause this chick right here can kick your ass.” Lisa growled as she sat down next to him and grabbed a controller.
“You kick my ass, yeah right!” Nick laughed as he started the game.
“Prepare to die, Carter!” Lisa hollered as they started playing the game.
-At the same time-
“A.J!” Theresa yelled walking towards him. “What all did you hear?”
“Your pregnant Stephanie?” A.J asked staring past Theresa and towards Stephanie in total shock.
“I think so.” Stephanie replied as she cried a little bit more.
“A.J, you can’t tell Kevin that you know about this.” Theresa demanded turning him around so that he was looking at her.
“Does he know?” A.J wondered.
“He knows that she could be, but he doesn’t know that she is.” Theresa answered as she let go of A.J and went to sit next to Stephanie.
“You can’t tell him that you know, A.J. Nobody’s suppose to know about this cause were afraid that this would affect everyone’s lives along with ours.” Stephanie exclaimed as Theresa wrapped an arm around her.
“I won’t tell him Steph, I promise.” A.J said as he walked towards her and gave her a hug to show that he cared for her.
“Thank you.” Stephanie cried as she heard the phone ring. Theresa was the first one to answer it.
“Hello.” Theresa answered.
“Trease, is Stephanie there?” A deep voice asked.
“Yeah Kevin, hold on I’ll get her.” Theresa answered as she laid the phone down on the nightstand next to Stephanie’s bed. “Its Kevin.” Theresa mumbled as she grabbed A.J’s arm and led him out of the room and shutting the door behind them. Stephanie sat there for a second then sucked in a deep breath then picked up the phone.
“Hello.” Stephanie said quietly.
“Hey baby.” Kevin said.
“Um…Kev, I gotta tell you something.” Stephanie whispered.
“What? Is something wrong? Did you take a test?” Kevin asked a million questions at once.
“Ok, today I went to the drug store and bought a home pregnancy test. I took it and it was positive. So I am, but I made an appointment at the health clinic to get it checked out for real.” Stephanie explained. The other end of the phone was silent for a while until Kevin finally spoke.
“Wow! I’m gonna be a daddy. But what is the media gonna think? They aren’t ready to handle me as a father, I mean we aren’t even married. Imagine all of the rumors that will be spread, what are we gonna do?”
“That’s true, but sometimes home tests are wrong, I might not be. My appointments tomorrow, we’ll have to wait until then.” Stephanie explained.
“Yeah. It’s possible, but just remember if you are, you can go on tour with me Thursday.” Kevin suggested.
“Yeah, but could you come over so we can talk about this face to face?”
“Yeah, I’ll be over in forty-five minutes.”
“Ok.”
“I love you.”
“I love you too.” Stephanie smiled.
“Bye.”
“Bye.” With that Stephanie hung up the phone then headed into the bathroom to take a quick shower before Kevin came over.
-Downstairs-
Theresa was in the kitchen with A.J fixing them something to eat. As she spread some peanut butter on some bread then jelly. The whole time Theresa felt that A.J was staring at her.
“Why are you staring at me?” Theresa asked as she licked the peanut butter off her fingers.
“Don’t know…”
“Well stop staring at me before I kick your ass.” Theresa butted in walking towards him and placing his sandwich in front of him, then sitting across from him.
“You wouldn’t kick my ass.” A.J smiled as he took a massive bite of the sandwich.
“Watch me.” Theresa grinned evilly as she took a drink of her bottled water.
“I’ll take you up on that.” A.J laughed as he played with Theresa’s bare feet.
“Theresa can I talk to you?” Stephanie wondered sticking her head in the kitchen.
“Yeah.” Theresa replied standing up from the table and walking out of the room and into the living room. “What?”
“Can you and A.J leave?” Stephanie asked bluntly.
“Why?”
“Cause Kevin’s coming over and we need to be alone to talk.” Stephanie answered sitting down on the couch.
“Yeah, sure why not.” Theresa said walking back into the kitchen. “Come on A.J we have to leave.”
“Why?”
“Cause we need to give Stephanie and Kevin some space.” Theresa explained helping A.J up out of the chair and headed back into the living room. “Bye.” Theresa and A.J waved and then left. Stephanie sat in the living room quietly as she ran her fingers through her long hair. Then she heard a knock at the door. Opening it she saw Kevin standing there with a bouquet of pink roses.
“Hey precious.” Kevin smiled handing her the roses.
“You’re so sweet, thank you.” Stephanie cried as she looked down at the beautiful flowers.
“What’s wrong, I didn’t get the right color…”
“No Kevin! It’s this stupid situation that’s going on.” Stephanie butted in as she headed into the living room.
“Oh. Baby, well get through this don’t worry.” Kevin said as he followed her into the living room.
“How are we going to?” Stephanie asked as she headed into the living room with a vase to put the flowers in.
“We done talked about this, remember your gonna come with me on tour so that you can be with me.” Kevin exclaimed as he walked up behind her and placed his hands on her stomach. “Just think, our little baby is in there.”
“I know.” Stephanie gushed as she turned around and Kevin dropped to his knees and placed his ear on her stomach. “How are we gonna tell the baby where she was conceived?” Stephanie giggled.
“Don’t know, he was conceived in the bathroom at a hotel in New York.” Kevin chuckled standing back up and enveloping her in his arms.
“He?” Stephanie wondered looking up into his green eyes.
“Well yeah, I think were gonna have a boy.” Kevin replied.
“What if we have a girl?”
“I want a boy…”
“No this babies gonna be a girl.” Stephanie butted in and then silenced Kevin with a forceful kiss that sent electricity through their bodies.
