By 17 I started playing with a small band out of Nicholasville KY called J.B. & the T.K.M. Express which later became the Bandit Band and then the Bandit Brothers. We signed a recording contract with Mercury Records and went on to record with Curb Records. We released a single "Woman" that topped out at 51 on the Billboard 30 Cashbox charts. We also released a single titled "Legs".
