Dewey (Dwight) Riley is the Deputy Sheriff of Woodsboro, and Tatum's older
brother. While trying hard to solve the double murder mystery that has
his town in an uproar, Dewey falls for tabloid reporter Gale Weathers.
Dewey will do anything to make sure that Sidney and tatum are safe, and works
hard at his job to make Woodsboro a safe place to live.
He's just an all around good guy.
