Lexington Christian Academy defeated Green County by the score of 49-14. Lexington Christian Academy recorded 15 first downs and 386 yards of total offense. The Eagles were penalized six times for 49 yards and lost one fumble. Green County recorded 12 first downs and 232 yards of total offense. The Dragons were penalized three times for 12 yards, lost two fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.

Bennett Gudalis led LCA’s ground game with 116 yards on nine carries. Leland Edwards carried the ball twice for 48 yards and two touchdowns. Daven Hood carried the ball once for 16 yards and a touchdown. Mac Darland recorded 14 yards and a touchdown on two carries. Jeffrey Calico added 10 yards and a touchdown on one carry. Saxton Howard completed six of eight passes for 69 yards and a touchdown. Carter Penix completed three of five passes for 61 yards. Bryce Bentley completed three of four passes for 40 yards. Brady Couch caught two passes for 34 yards. Tyler King added two receptions for 10 yards. Collin Hensley added one reception for 37 yards. Hunter Adams added a 37 yard touchdown reception. Daven Hood returned two punts for 64 yards including a 37 yard return for a touchdown. Aiden Lyons led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles. Thomas Sizemore added three solo and one assisted tackles. Mac Darland and Max Disterdick each recorded two solo and one assisted tackles. Corad Hart and Matthew Montgomery each recovered a fumble and Brady Couch intercepted a pass.

Darius Anderson led the Green County ground game with 60 yards on five carries. Deacon James carried the ball seven times for 49 yards and a touchdown. Grady Shuffett recorded 41 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Elijah Bishop chipped in with 22 yards on seven carries. Deacon James completed three of eight passes for 19 yards. Paxton Bloyd completed four of five passes for 36 yards with one interception. Austin Squires returned five kickoffs for 97 yards with a long return of 24 yards. Darius Anderson returned one kickoff for 15 yards. Deacon James led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles and recovered a fumble. Elijah Bishop added four solo tackles. Justin Hessig and Austin Squires each recorded three solo and one assisted tackles. Grady Shuffett added two solo and one assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards.

Scott County held on to defeat Conner by the score of 47-40. Conner had one last opportunity when they recovered an onside kick but the threat was ended by an interception. Scott County recorded 22 first downs and 391 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized 12 times for 116 yards. Conner recorded 20 first downs and 372 yards of total offense. The Cougars were penalized five times for 50 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.

Ali Hamdiyah led Scott County’s ground game with 137 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries. Buddy Collins added 123 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries. Kayne Garrett carried the ball 16 times for 82 yards and two touchdowns. Timmy Emongo recorded 39 yards on five carries. Andrew Hickey completed one of three passes for zero yards. Eli Lilly caught one pass for zero yards. Buddy Collins returned two kickoffs for 58 yards with a long return of 30 yards. Colt Fields returned one kickoff for 38 yards. Jackson Damron led the defense with 10 solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a four yard loss. Asher Brewer added three solo and five assisted tackles. Red Owens recorded three solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss and recovered a fumble. Timmy Emongo recorded two solo and three assisted tackles and intercepted two passes he returned for 50 yards.

Wyatt Hatfield led Conner’s ground game with 133 yards and three touchdowns on 25 carries. C. Abernathy added 74 yards on 14 carries. Wyatt Hatfield completed 10 of 17 passes for 165 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions. Chase Caplinger caught five passes for 95 yards and a touchdown. Camryn Corell added two receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown. Sheppard Dozier returned seven kickoffs for 104 yards with a long return of 21 yards. Chase Caplinger returned one kickoff for 15 yards. Chase Caplinger led the defense with eight solo and two assisted tackles. Chase Bailey added six solo tackles. Brayton Haaser recorded two solo and three assisted tackles. Sheppard Dozier added two solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a 14 yard loss. Abram Kollar also recorded two solo and one assisted tackles.

Madison Central shut down the high octane Tates Creek offense and the Commodore defense did not have an answer for the effective Madison Central “Wing T” offense in a 42-0 victory with the running clock margin of 35 points being reached seconds before halftime. Madison Central recorded 20 first downs and 348 yards of total offense. The Indians were penalized 11 times for 133 yards and lost a fumble. Tates Creek recorded nine first downs and 103 yards of total offense. The Commodores were penalized 11 times for 68 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Bryant Mathis led Madison Central’s ground game with 100 yards and four touchdowns on 10 carries. Jackson Pritchard carried the ball five times for 88 yards. Corinthian Barnes carried the ball nine times for 62 yards. Daveionne DeBruce recorded 49 yards on 10 carries. Carson Herbst carried the ball twice for 17 yards. Carson Herbst completed three of four passes for 42 yards and two touchdowns. Cody Morrison caught two passes for 29 yards and two touchdowns. Jeff Hairston returned one kickoff for 59 yards. Derek McElwee led the defense with two solo and four assisted tackles. Nathan Ogle added two solo and two assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards. Sam Farmer also recorded two solo and two assisted tackles. Cody Morrison chipped in with one solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss. Jackson Pritchard intercepted a pass.

BJ Evans led Tates Creek’s ground game with 86 yards on 13 carries. Darnell Burnside completed nine of 15 passes for 26 yards with one interception. Kane Bell=Pointer caught three passes for 11 yards. Luke Cooper added one reception for 10 yards. Stephen Jones returned two kickoffs for 40 yards with a long return of 28 yards. Kane Bell-Pointer returned three kickoffs for 34 yards with a long return of 17 yards. JaQuavion Slaughter led the defense with four solo and four assisted tackles. Detrell Johnson added two solo and six assisted tackles. Shawn Taylor recorded four solo and three assisted tackles. Jaysean Layne chipped in with three solo and one assisted tackles.

The Generals were penalized nine times for 45 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.

Sam Clements led GRC’s ground game with 92 yards on 16 carries. Trey Davis added 86 yards on six carries. JD Mastin recorded 31 yards on four carries. Y. Israel chipped in with 28 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Sam Clements completed five of eight passes for 78 yards and a touchdown. JD Mastin completed one of six passes for eight yards. Gunnar Martin caught two passes for 36 yards. Camahni John added two receptions for 16 yards. Kanden McAlpin added a 26 yard touchdown reception. Braylon Nester returned one kickoff for 12 yards. Frederick Douglass led 35-0 at halftime on their way to a 42-0 running clock shut out victory over Paul Layrence Dunbar. Frederick Douglass recorded 11 first downs and 413 yards of total offense. The Broncos were penalized six times for 64 yards. Paul Laurence Dunbar recorded eight first downs and 108 yards of total offense. The Bulldogs were penalized four times for 25 yards.

Derion Talbert led Frederick Douglass’ ground game with 70 yards and one touchdown on one carry. Carter Ross added 69 yards and one touchdown on one carry. Jaxon Strautman recorded 46 yards on one carry. Peyton Smith chipped in with 45 yards and a touchdown on one carry. Jaxon Strautman completed three of four passes for 116 yards and three touchdowns. Aveion Chenault, Terry Cayson, and Derion Talbert each caught touchdown passes of 64, 40, and 12 yards respectively. Aveion Chenault returned three punts for eight yards with a long return of nine yards. Keenan Banther led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles. Seandre Maxberry added two solo and five assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling four yards. Jimmy Hooks recorded three solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a one yard loss. Tacori Fields chipped in with three solo tackles.

Pacifique Ndywayo led Paul Laurence Dunbar’s ground game with 36 yards on 16 carries. Jerzee Mays added 24 yards on 10 carries. Dominic Faulkner completed one of eight passes for nine yards. Steven Estepp completed two of four passes for 11 yards. Ryan Barrett caught two passes for 19 yards. Jayshawn Crosby returned three kickoffs for 41 yards with a long return of 18 yards. Dominic Faulkner returned one kickoff for 27 yards. LeQuon Greer Jr., Jacob Konate, Elijah Lewis, Luke Ayoob, and Joseph Konate each recorded two solo tackles and one of Greer’s tackles resulted in a three yard loss.

Warren East buoyed by Dane Parsley’s six touchdowns on the ground defeated Franklin-Simpson by the score of 50-27. Warren East recorded 420 yards of total offense and had one pass intercepted. Franklin-Simpson recorded 316 yards of total offense and lost a fumble.

Dane Parsley led Warren East;s ground game with 163 yards and six touchdowns on 15 carries. Jackson McCool carried the ball 20 times for 78 yards and a touchdown. Dane Parsley completed 17 of 23 passes for 136 yards. Logan Boyer caught nine passes for 83 yards. Brayden Lightfoot added five receptions for 37 yards. Levi Faulkner led the defense with five solo and six assisted tackles. Atlas Pinson added five solo and four assisted tackles. Dane Parsley recorded four solo, five assisted tackles, forced one fumble, and recovered two fumbles. Gavan Henderson chipped in with four solo and four assisted tackles. Jackson McCool added four solo and one assisted tackles.

Colin Anderson led Franklin-Simpson’s ground game with 122 yards on 13 carries. Lane Alford added 41 yards on seven carries. Xavier Hampton recorded 32 yards on three carries. Pikeville defeated Boyd County by the score of 47-35 in a game that Pikeville led 14-0 at halftime but was outscored 35-33 in an offensive shootout in the second half. Pikeville recorded 18 first downs and 500 yards total offense. The Panthers were penalized six times for 65 yards and had one pass intercepted. Boyd County recorded 17 first downs and 380 yards of total offense. The Lions were penalized five times for 37 yards and lost a fumble.

Brenden Anthony led Pikeville’s ground game with 219 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries. Isaiah Stanley added 22 yards and two touchdowns on five carries. Blake Caudill scored a touchdown on the ground. Isaac Duty completed 15 of 18 passes for 233 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Bradyn Hall caught six passes for 121 yards and a touchdown. Kingston Braxton added four receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown. Joseph Reynolds recorded three receptions for 26 yards.

Rhett Holbrook led Boyd County’s ground game with 81 yards on 17 carries. Marcus Brumfield added eight yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Rhett Holbrook completed 23 of 32 passes for 291 yards and three touchdowns. Cole Hicks caught 11 passes for 112 yards and two touchdowns. Kaleb Kelley added six receptions for 69 yards. Ian Branham recorded two receptions for 66 yards and one touchdown. Marcus Brumfield chipped in with three receptions for 33 yards. Rhett Holbrook returned a kickoff for 93 yards and a touchdown. Erik Germann led the defense with four solo and eight assisted tackles. Brody Castle added four solo and seven assisted tackles. Kaleb Kelley recorded four solo and four assisted tackles. Belfry rallied from a 34-21 deficit late in the third quarter to earn a 35-34 victory over Letcher County Central. Chase Varney scored on a 26 yard run and Nick Savage tacked on the extra point to give Belfry the lead with 7:40 left in the game. The Belfry defense came up big in the closing minutes to ensure the victory. Belfry recorded 456 yards and lost one fumble. Letcher County Central recorded 426 yards and had one pass intercepted.

JJ Austin led Belfry’s ground game with 168 yards and a touchdown on 34 carries. JB Woolum added 111 yards on 12 carries. Ace Caudill recorded 110 yards and two touchdown on six carries. Chase Varney chipped in with 26 yards and two touchdowns on two carries. Chase Varney completed three of six passes for 41 yards. JB Woolum caught two passes for 40 yards. Ace Caudill added one reception for one yard. Keaton Deskins led the defense with five solo and seven assisted tackles. Eli Caudill added seven solo and two assisted tackles. Jaydon Muncy recorded three solo and four assisted tackles and interceoted a pass.

Gavin Brown led Letcher County Central’s ground game with 17 yards on one carries. Koby Johnson carried the ball five times for 17 yards. Gunner Holbrook completed 23 of 36 passes for 392 yards and five touchdowns with one interception. Brett Smith caught seven passes for 179 yards and four touchdowns. Dawson Kincer added six receptions for 124 yards and a touchdown. Quinton Edwards recorded six passes for 45 yards. Keaston Branham chipped in with four catches for 44 yards. Dawson Kincer led the defense with three solo and 11 assisted tackles. Garrett Howard added one solo and 12 assisted tackles. Koby Johnson recorded 11 assisted tackles. Ashland Blazer utilized a high octane offense and a ball hawking defense to defeat Simon Kenton by the score of 58-28. Ashland Blazer recorded 478 yards of total offense and lost one fumble. Simon Kenton recorded 309 yards of total offense, lost a fumble, and had four passes intercepted.

Braxton Jennings led Ashland Blazer’s ground game with 285 yards and four touchdowns on 16 carries. Maverick Ashby added 98 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries. LaBryant Strader recorded 32 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries. Cameron Davis chipped in with 26 yards and a touchdown on five carries. LaBryant Strader completed 12 of 16 passes for 137 yards. Cameron Davis caught three passes for 58 yards. Braxton Jennings added five receptions for 40 yards. Sam Lyons recorded two receptions for 23 yards. Mason Wolfe added two catches for 16 yards. Adam Frame led the defense with eufgt solo and two assisted tackles and recovered a fumble he returned for 47 yards. Rieday Rucker added seven solo tackles. Keshawn Newman also recorded seven solo tackles. Cameron Davis recorded four solo tackles and intercepted three passes he returned for a total of 30 yards.
