Scott County raced out to a 21-9 early inn the second quarter but had to rally in the final quarter to earn a 53-51 come-from-behind victory over Henry Clay.  There were six lead changes in this game.  Scott County shot 46.7% from the field including three of 13 from the three point line.  The Lady Cardinals connected on eight of 10 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 16 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 43.1% from the field including one of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on six of nine free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 17 Scott County turnovers.

Madison Central led by 22 points early in the second quarter and withstood a determined comeback by West Jessamine to earn a 71-63 victory.  Madison Central shot 46.2% from the field including three of 14 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 20 of 28 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 25 West Jessamine turnovers.  West Jessamine shot 36.4% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc.  They connected on 20 of 28 free throws, pulled down 48 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 13 Madison Central turnovers.

Bailey Hensley led Madison Central with 21 points including seven of nine free throws, eight rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Eden Carter added 17 points, three rebounds, and three steals.  Brittany Campbell recorded 16 points including 10 of 12 free throws, three rebounds, seven assists, and six steals and only committed three turnovers.  5-7 Jr. Chloe Freeman chipped in with 10 points including two three point baskets.

Anaya Chestnut led West Jessamine with 27 points including three three point baskets, eight of 11 free throws, two rebounds, and two steals.  Aaliyah Edenstrom added 13 points including five of five free throws, and 15 rebounds.  Claire Marshall recorded 10 points, 12 rebounds, three assists, and two steals.  Delaysia Thomas chipped in with five points and nine rebounds. Harlan County overcame a three point deficit late in the third quarter and the absence of two starters (illness) to defeat Cordia by the score of 128-105.  This made this one of the highest scoring games in Kentucky high school history.  It also marked another Harlan County school record as Trent Noah scored 66 points which broke the old record of 44 points that had stood two days and was also set by Noah.  Harlan County shot 65.3% from the field including 12 of 26 from the three point line.  They connected on 22 of 27 free throws and pulled down 26 rebounds.  Cordia shot 65.2% from the field including 10 of 19 from beyond the arc.  They connected on nine of 16 free throws and pulled down 28 rebounds.

6-6 So. Trent Noah led Harlan County with 66 points including three three point baskets, 13 of 16 free throws, and pulled down 10 rebounds.  5-10 Jr. Daniel Carmical added 25 points including six three point baskets.  6-1 Sr. Jackson Huff recorded 21 points including three three point baskets.  6-3 So. Tristan Cooper chipped in with nine points and six rebounds.
