Mercy Academy defeated Lexington Catholic by the score of 70-39.  Mercy Academy shot 51.9% from the field including nine of 19 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on five of 10 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 25% from the field including one of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Knights connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 17 Mercy Academy turnovers.

 

Pace Rickard led Mercy Academy with 14 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, and three assists.  Amy Thompson added 14 points, for rebounds, and two assists.  5-7 Sr. Samantha Crippin recorded nine points including two three point baskets.  Ramiya White added three points, 12 rebounds, and three blocked shots.

 

5-8 Sr. Ariel West led Lexington Catholic with 11 points including six of seven free throws.  Katherine Truitt added 10 points.  Peyton Mayo recorded seven points, three rebounds, and three blocked shots.
