Peace Dalton, and 6-2 Sr. Trevor Hill.  University Heights coach Grant Shouse countered with 6-2 So. Jacorie Summers, 6-0 Fr. Taquan Hollowell, 6-3 Sr. Justin Womack, 5-11 Fr. Dekeyvan Tandy, and 6-0 Fr Travion Hollowell.

 

Lexington Christian Academy defeated University Heights by a score of 91-54.  LCA shot 52.3% from the field including 10 of 21 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 16 University Heights turnovers.  University Heights shot 33.3% from the field including nine of 24 from beyond the arc.  The Blazers connected on seven of nine free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 12 LCA turnovers.

 

Kyle Rode led LCA with 22 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists.  Trevor Hill added 22 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. Tre King recorded 14 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  6-1 Fr. Isaiah Hunt chipped in with 12 points on four three point baskets.

 

Dekeyvan Tandy led University Heights with 14 points including four three point baskets and five rebounds.  Travion Hollowell added 12 points including three three point baskets.  6-0 Fr. Drew McGowan chipped in with 10 points.

Lafayette led by 5-10 So. Eric Powell’s long range bombing (7 of 10 from beyond the arc) defeated USJ by a score of 91-65.  Lafayette shot 43.2% from the field including 15 of 33 from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 12 of 16 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 20 USJ’s turnovers.  Lafayette held a 51-13 advantage in bench scoring. USJ shot 36.8% from the field including eight of 26 from beyond the arc.  The Bruins connected on 15 of 17 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 12 Lafayette turnovers.

 

Eric Powell led Lafayette with 24 points including seven three point baskets.  Ross Jenkins added 15 points, 15 rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Harrison Lane recorded 14 points including four three point baskets and dished out 10 assists.  6-0 Jr. Cameron Greenup chipped in with 11 points.  6-2 Sr. Michael Clay added 10 points and five rebounds.

 

Clayton Hughes led USJ with 23 points, nine rebounds, four assists, and three steals.  George Markos added 18 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.  6-1 So. Cullen Hughes recorded 12 points, four rebounds, and four assists.

North Bullitt held a 39-26 lead in the third quarter and held on down the stretch to defeat Henry Clay by a score of 57-55.  The score was tied five times and there were two lead changes in the game.  North Bullitt shot 52.6% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line.  The Lady Eagles connected on 14 of 25 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 16 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 44.7% from the field including six of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on 29 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 North Bullitt turnovers.
