Lexington Christian Academy coach Nate Valentine started the following lineup: 6-7 Sr. Matt Rose, 6-4 Sr. Benton Nighbert, 6-8 Sr. Drew Trimble, 6-0 Sr. John Stein, and 6-5 8th Grade Kyle Rode.  Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-5 Sr. Tanner Johnson, 6-3 Sr. Reece Ryan, 6-5 Sr. Walker Boothe, 5-10 Sr. Michael Talbott, and 6-2 Sr. Jarod Griffin.

Lexington Catholic Academy controlled the boards (43-19) on their way to a 54-44 victory and District Championship over Lexington Christian Academy.  LCA shot 38.6% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 16 of 20 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored two points off three Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 30% from the field including six of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Knights connected on 14 of 21 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 LCA turnovers.

Matt Rose led LCA with 11 points and 16 rebounds.  Drew Trimble added 11 points, nine rebounds, and three assists.  Benton Nighbert chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets.  6-6 So. Tre King recorded eight points and eight rebounds.

Tanner Johnson led Lexington Catholic with 17 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.  Jarod Griffin added nine points and four steals.

Taveion Hollingsworth.  Henry Clay coach 6-6 Sr. Wake Mullins, 6-3 Sr. Colby Barnes, 6-7 Sr. Tariq Smith, 5-9 Sr. Dakhari Campbell, and 6-0 Sr. Felix Wilson.

Paul Laurence Dunbar led 55-36 after three quarters and withstood a fourth quarter rally by Henry Clay to earn a 75-68 victory.  There were four lead changes and five ties in this game.  Dunbar shot 53.8% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line.  The Bulldogs connected on 15 of 24 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 11 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 46.9% from the field including five of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 17 of 24 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 10 points off seven Dunbar turnovers.

Darius Williams led Dunbar with 25 points including two three point baskets and six rebounds.  Taveion Hollingsworth added 24 points and five rebounds.  Dontell Brown recorded nine points and eight rebounds.  Jordan Lewis also recorded nine points.

Colby Barnes led Henry Clay with 15 points.  6-5 Jr. Jordan Houston added 13 points.  6-3 Jr. Leander Ridgeway recorded 12 points including seven of eight free throws and eight rebounds.  Felix Wilson chipped in with 12 points, six rebounds, and five assists.

Mercy Academy controlled the offensive boards (26-7) in a 67-23 victory over Jeffersontown.  Mercy shot 37% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 17 of 20 free throws, pulled down 50 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 16 Jeffersontown turnovers.  They held a 25-4 advantage on second effort points.  Jeffersontown shot 25.6% from the field including one of seven from beyond the arc.  They connected on two of four free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored four points off six Mercy Academy.

Hannah Bewley led Mercy with 13 points and 10 rebounds.  Malerie Martin added 11 points, four rebounds, and four steals.  5-11 Sr. Kassidy Kiesel chipped in with eight points and four rebounds.  5-9 Sr. Kathryn Gross recorded seven points and eight rebounds.  Madi Woods and 5-3 Jr. Maria Schmitz each recorded seven points and five rebounds.

Kiara Pearl led Jeffersontown with six points.  Jabriel Kelly and 5-9 So. Mikayla Tillman each recorded four points.

Scott County defeated George Rogers Clark by a score of 73-60.  Scott County shot 45.1% from the field including seven of 14 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 20 of 22 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 14 GRC turnovers.  GRC shot 43.1% from the field including two of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on 14 of 22 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 17 Scott County turnovers.

Hines Jones led Scott County with 26 points including three three point baskets.  Clarien Washington added 20 points including four three point baskets.  Isaiah Johnson recorded 16 points, six rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Jamel Banks chipped in with eight points and nine rebounds.

Braxton Greene led GRC with 26 points.  Damion King added 17 points and seven rebounds.

Franklin County outscored Scott County 27-14 in the final quarter to pull away for an 82-67 victory over Scott County.  Franklin County shot 49.2% from the field including four of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Flyers connected on 20 of 33 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 18 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 39.7% from the field including seven of 28 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 10 of 10 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 13 Franklin County turnovers.

Princess Stewart led Franklin County with 18 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  Rebecca Cook added 17 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  Anna Arrastia recorded 15 points including two three point baskets and six rebounds.

Peyton Riddle led Scott County with 25 points including three three point baskets, seven rebounds, four assists, three blocked shots, and two steals.  5-5 So. Britney Ward added 15 points including three three point baskets and three steals.  Lauren Boehm recorded six points and 13 rebounds.

CAL outscored Scared Heart 20-9 in the third quarter on their way to a 58-51 victory.  CAL shot 40.8% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Centurions connected on 14 of 27 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 17 Sacred Heart turnovers.  Sacred Heart shot 29.8% from the field including six of 20 from beyond the arc.  The Valkyries connected on 11 of 13 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 17 Sacred Heart turnovers.

Summer Conti led CAL with 17 points including two three point baskets.  Brittany Mumford added 14 points and 14 rebounds.  Emma Wesley chipped in with 13 points.  Emma Bowman recorded seven points and nine rebounds.

5-4 Fr. Kiki Samsel led Sacred Heart with 21 points including three three point baskets and four rebounds.  Meghan Colley added 14 points including two three point baskets.  Grace Berger recorded nine points, six rebounds, and four assists.  Ashley Johnson and Kia Sivils pulled down 10 and nine rebounds respectively.

Henry Clay pulled away in the second half to defeat Mason County by a score of 54-31.  Henry Clay shot 43.25 from the field including three of seven from the three point line.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on 13 of 18 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 17 Mason County turnovers.  Mason County shot 33.3% from the field including two of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Royals connected on three of seven free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored three points off 12 Henry Clay turnovers.

5-5 Sr. Kennedy Coney led Henry Clay with 13 points.  T’Laya Lyvers added nine points and Nakeisha Green chipped in with eight points and five rebounds.  5-10 Jr. Jordyn Jackson pulled down eight rebounds.

Keenon Laine led Woodford County with 17 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.  Michael Shelton also scored 17 points and pulled down five rebounds.  Keagan Stromberg chipped in with 11 points.  Colton McCrady recorded six points, 10 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Zac Blaydes pulled down six rebounds and dished out eight assists.

Lafayette trailed by one point with 26 seconds remaining on the clock but rallied for a 57-52 victory over Bryan Station.  The score was tied six times and there were 13 lead changes in this game.  Lafayette shot 42.9% from the field including four of 15 from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 17 of 24 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 18 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 38.35 from the field including seven of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on 34 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 13 Lafayette turnovers.

Lucky Jackson led Lafayette with 15 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  5-9 Jr. TJ Downey added 13 points.  Ross Jenkins recorded 11 points, seven rebounds, and three blocked shots.

CJ Walker led Bryan Station with 17 points including three three point baskets.  Tequan Claitt added 13 points, seven rebounds, three assists, and four steals.  Andre Davis chipped in with 11 points including three three point baskets.  Deandre Dishman recorded six points, eight rebounds, and two blocked shots.
