Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-5 So. Tanner Johnson, 6-3 So. Reese Ryan, 6-9 Sr. Jack Whitman, 5-11 Sr. Dillon Avare, and 6-2 So. Jarod Griffin.  Butler coach Shawn Purlee countered with 6-2 Sr. Demetrius McReynolds, 6-0 So. Jeremiah Bell, 6-2 So. Will Johnson, 5-11 Sr. Monty Harbin, and 5-11 Sr. Rashawn Farrell.

Lexington Catholic led 44-43 entering the final period but Butler outscored the Knights 24-12 in the final quarter to earn a 67-56 victory.  Butler shot 39.2% from the field including eight of 23 from the three point line.  The Bears connected on 19 of 23 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 16 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 47.7% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Knights connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds and did not score off 11 Butler turnovers.

Demetrius McReynolds led Butler with 24 points including three three point baskets.  Rashawn Farrell added 11 points and five assists.  Monty Harbin also scored 11 points.  Will Johnson chipped in with 10 points.

Jack Whitman led Lexington Catholic with 23 points and 14 rebounds.  Tanner Johnson added 14 points including four three point baskets.

Scott coach Brad Carr started the following lineup: 6-1 Sr. Tyler Buckner, 5-10 Sr. Josh Felts. 6-3 Sr. Nick Jackson, 5-9 Jr. Josh Castleman, and 5-9 Sr. Eric Pouncy.  Perry County Central coach Kevin Spurlock countered with 6-7 Jr. Justin Johnson, 6-3 Sr. Austin Pray, 6-8 Sr. Dalton Cornett, 5-11 Fr. Braxton Beverly, and 6-0 Sr. Darryl Beatty.

Scott defeated Perry County Central by a score of 70-67.  Scott held a 24-12 advantage in three point points and a 16-3 advantage in free throw points.  Scott shot 52.3% from the field including eight of 16 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 16 of 21 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 13 Perry County Central turnovers.  Perry County Central shot 53.6% from the field including four of nine from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on only three of 12 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 13 points off six Scott turnovers.  Perry County Central held a 20-5 advantage in second chance points.

Nick Jackson was named Game MVP and led Scott with 27 points and seven rebounds.  Jackson was 10 of 14 from the field including one of one from beyond the arc, and six of seven free throws.  Josh Felts added 12 points.  Tyler Buckner and Eric Pouncy each recorded nine points with three and two three point baskets respectively.

Justin Johnson led Perry County Central with 26 points and 14 rebounds.  Dalton Cornett added 20 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  6-0 So. Travis Stacy chipped in with 12 points on four three point baskets.

Adam Isaacs, and 5-10 Sr. Justin Schulz.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-6 Jr. Trey Grundy, 6-4 Jr. Jordan Green, 6-4 Sr. Gerrard Newby, 6-0 Jr. Teddy Ware, and 6-1 Sr. Christen Cunningham.

Teddy Ware blistered the nets for eight three point baskets in the first half to lead Henry Clay to a 54-33 halftime lead on their way  to a 90-64 victory over Southwestern.  Henry Clay  shot 57.8% from the field including 12 of 21 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 19 Southwestern turnovers.  Southwestern shot 44% from the field including nine of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Warriors connected on 11 of 16 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 Henry Clay turnovers.

Teddy Ware was named Game MVP and led Henry Clay with 29 points including nine three point baskets.  Jordan Green added 24 points on 10 of 10 from the field including one for one from beyond the arc, and three of four free throws.  Trey Grundy recorded eight points, seven rebounds, and four assists and Christen Cunningham dished out 12 assists.

David Kapinga led Southwestern with 22 points and six assists.  Isaiah Collier added 12 points on four three point baskets.  Justin Edwards and 6-3 So. Dylan Gaskin each recorded 10 points.

Madison Central defeated Fleming County by a score of 85-72.  Madison Central shot 55.9% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 11 Fleming County turnovers.  Fleming County shot 50.9% from the field including nine of 18 from beyond the arc.  They connected on nine of 12 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 Madison Central turnovers.

Ken-Jah Bosley was named Game MVP and led Madison Central with 25 points including six three point baskets and pulled down six rebounds.  Dominique Hawkins added 22 points.  Quan Taylor recorded 19 points and seven rebounds.  Daniel Parke chipped in with 11 points and six assists.

Troy Steward led Fleming County with 31 points including five three point baskets.  Darion Burns added 24 points.

Trinity defeated Montgomery County by a score of 66-55.  Trinity shot 40.7% from the field including nine of 20 from the three point line.  The Shamrocks connected on nine of 10 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 13 Montgomery County turnovers.  Montgomery County shot 40% from the field including three of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Indians connected on 16 of 23 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 Trinity turnovers.

Trey Ivory was named Game MVP and led Trinity with 23 points including five three point baskets.  Miles Rice and Craig Owens added 13 and 10 points respectively.  6-9 So. Raymond Spalding pulled down 11 rebounds.

Omar Prewitt led Montgomery County with 19 points including 12 of 15 free throws and pulled down six rebounds.  Tyler Jones added 16 points and six rebounds.  Chase Hall recorded 12 points and nine rebounds.

Bullitt East trailed 51-42 after three quarters but rallied to defeat Pulaski County by a score of 69-62.  Bullitt East shot 35.1% from the field including five of 16 from the three point line.  The Chargers connected on 24 of 29 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 17 Pulaski County turnovers.  Pulaski County shot 39.3% from the field including eight of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Maroons connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored nine points off 10 Bullitt East turnovers.  Pulaski County had three starters Taylor Gover, Tyler Goins, and Spencer Laign foul out of the game.

Derek Ellis was named Game MVP and led Bullitt East with 24 points including 11 of 13 free throws, 12 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Trey Rakes added 18 points including three three point baskets.  Elliott Young chipped in with 12 points and six rebounds.  Rusty Troutman recorded 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Kody Johnson led Pulaski County with 18 points including four three point baskets.  Taylor Gover added 17 points and nine rebounds.  Blake Burton and Tyler Goins added 12 and 10 points respectively.  6-2 Fr. Mason Helton chipped in with two points and 10 rebounds.

Larryn Brooks led Madison Central with 18 points, five rebounds, four assists, and five steals.  Shadae Bosley added 12 points, five rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Ashton Feldhaus recorded 11 points and nine rebounds.  Bailey O’Bryan chipped in with nine points and three steals.

Destiny Carter led Henry Clay with 17 points.  Areanna Porter added 12 points and 10 rebounds.  T’laya Lyvers recorded nine points, five rebounds, and four steals.

Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-5 So. Tanner Johnson, 6-3 So. Reese Ryan, 6-9 Sr. Jack Whitman, 5-11 Sr. Dillon Avare, and 6-2 So. Jarod Griffin.  Tates Creek coach Wayne Breeden countered with 6-2 Jr. Ian Davis, 6-1 Sr. Vincent Mattox, 6-5 So. Jordan Fucci, 5-11 So. Desmond Duke, and 5-11 Sr. Landon Love.

Lexington Catholic defeated Tates Creek tonight by a score of 52-43.  The score was tied five times with six lead changes tonight.  Lexington Catholic shot 39.6% from the field including six of 22 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 19 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 41.5% from the field including one of eight from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Tanner Johnson led Lexington Catholic with 16 points.  5-10 So. Michael Talbott added 11 points, three assists, and three steals.  Dillon Avare also reached double figures with 10 points.  Reese Ryan recorded six points, 11 rebounds, and three assists.

Landon Love led Tates Creek with 13 points.  Jordan Fucci recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Tates Creek coach Tina Winn started the following lineup: 5-6 So. Haley Blackburn, 5-8 Sr. Dominique Etling-Turner, 5-9 Sr. Katie Pippen, 5-5 Sr. Lexi Whaley, and 5-6 Sr. Oney Harrison.  Lexington Catholic coach Scott True countered with 5-8 So. Rachel Blake, 5-8 Sr. Octavia Wilson, 5-6 So. Tori Pippen, 5-4 Sr. Sara Cawood, and 5-4 So. Bailey Browning.

Tates Creek trailed 45-38 after three quarters but outscored Lexington Catholic 30-16 in the final quarter to earn a 68-61 victory.  The score was tied nine times and there were 12 lead changes in the game.  Tates Creek shot 45.7%from the field including seven of 15 from the three point line.  The Lady Commodores connected on 19 of 26 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 16 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 46% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Knights connected on 10 of 12 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 13 Tates Creek turnovers.

Oney Harrison led Tates Creek with 28 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, and three assists.  Harrison was eight of 12 from the field including three of five from the three point line, and nine of 12 free throws.  Katie Pippen added 20 points, eight rebounds, and three steals.  Dominique Etling-Turner recorded 16 points, three assists, and three steals.  Lexi Whaley dished out six assists.

Octavia Wilson led Lexington Catholic with 28 points including three three point baskets and five assists.  5-9 So. Caroline Lynch added 13 points.  Rachel Blake recorded eight points and seven rebounds.

Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III started the following lineup: 6-8 Sr. Nick Trisko, 6-4 Sr. Aaron Evans, 6-9 Jr. Jackson Davis, 6-2 Jr. Lance Blakely, and 6-3 Sr. Tranard Chester.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk countered with 6-5 Sr. Eric Trigg, 6-5 Sr. E.J. Floreal, 6-7 Sr. Taylor King, 5-10 Sr. Mike Smith, and 6-2 Sr. William Gary.

Paul Laurence Dunbar defeated Lafayette tonight by a score of 77-61 in an impressive victory at home.  Dunbar shot 50.8% from the field including one of five from the three point line.  The Bulldogs connected on 14 of 23 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 18 Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 41.7% from the field including three of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Generals connected on 18 of 28 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored eight points off seven Dunbar turnovers.  Charles Sweat-Washington and Tranard Chester fouled out for Lafayette while Jackson Davis’ minutes were limited due to foul woes.  Taylor King fouled out for Dunbar.

E.J. Floreal led Dunbar with 24 points and nine rebounds.  Floreal was 11 of 13 from the field and two of two from the free throw line.  Mike Smith added 18 points.  Eric Trigg recorded 13 points, seven rebounds, and four assists. 

Lance Blakely led Lafayette with 14 points.  6-6 Sr. Charles Sweat-Washington added 12 points and six rebounds.  Jackson Davis recorded 11 points and seven rebounds.  Tranard Chester and 5-9 Jr. Dequise Robinson scored 10 points each and Nick Trisko pulled down nine rebounds.
