Lexington Christian Academy defeated Owensboro Catholic by the score of 33-27. Owensboro Catholic raced out to a 14-0 lead but LCA rallied for the victory. However, the outcome was in doubt until the final seconds. LCA held a 33-21 lead mid way throught the final quarter but Owensboro Catholic pulled to within six; 33-27 with 3:55 left in the game. Owensboro Catholic had one last chance and drove 87 yards to the LCA 3 with 3.4 seconds left on the clock. Brady Atwell threw a pass into the end zone but the pass was deflected ensuring the victory for the Eagles. LCA recorded 24 first downs and 383 yards of total offense. The Eagles were penalized eight times for 60 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted. Owensboro Catholic recorded 17 first downs and 352 yards of total offense. The Aces were penalized six times for 60 yards, lost a fumble, and ad two passes intercepted.

Cutter Boley led LCA’s ground game with 72 yards with two touchdowns on 10 carries. Jveontae Emerson carried the ball 15 times for 48 yards and a touchdown. Cutter Boley completed 21 of 38 passes for 263 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions. Parker Chaney caught eight passes for 88 yards. Evan Brown added three receptions for 76 yards. Will Nichols caught five passes for 49 yards and a touchdown. Drew Nieves chipped in with two receptions for 33 yards. Will Rich caught a five yard touchdown pass. Evan Brown returned two kickoffs for 27 yards. Saxton Howard returned two kickoffs for 22 yards. Major Brown led the defense with 12 solo and five assisted tackles. Will Nichols added seven solo ad one assisted tackles. Hunter Adams recorded four solo and two assisted tackles and intercepted a pass. Parker Chaney also intercepted a pass.

William T. Carrico led Owensboro Catholic’s ground game with 11 carries for 77 yards. Brady Atwell carried the ball 10 times for 46 yards and a touchdown. Noah Rhinerson added 22 yards on three carries. Vince Carrico recorded 24 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Elijah Blair chipped in with 20 yards on four carries. Brady Atwell completed 15 of 26 passes for 163 yards and one touchdown with two interceptions. Vince Carrico caught six passes for 43 yards and a touchdown. Mitchell Sims caught four passes for 74 yards. Waryn Ebelhar added 34 yards on two receptions. William T. Carrico returned one punt for eight yards. Noah Rhinerson returned four kickoffs for 80 yards. Jack Terry returned one kickoff for 22 yards. Vince Carrico led the defense with six solo and nine assisted tackles. William T. Carrico added three solo and eight assisted tackles, returned an interception for 30 yards, and recovered a fumble. Elijah Blair recorded two solo and six assisted tackles. Brady Atwell intercepted a pass.

Newport Central Catholic defeated Kentucky Country Day by the score of 28-21. Newport Central Catholic recorded 13 first downs and 247 yards of total offense. The Thoroughbreds were penalized five times for 45 yards. Kentucky Country Day recorded 19 first downs and 347 yards of total offense. The Bearcats were penalized four times for 35 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Luke Runyon led Newport Central Catholic’s ground game with 95 yards and three touchdowns on seven carries. Demetrick Welch Jr. carried the ball 14 times for 69 yards. Kolton Smith recorded 23 yards on nine carries. Kolton Smith completed five of seven passes for 38 yards and one touchdown. Luke Runyon caught three passes for 26 yards and a touchdown. Matthrew Landrum added two receptions for 12 yards. Luke Runyon returned one punt for five yards and returned one kickoff for 13 yards. Luke Runyon led the defense with three solo and 10 assisted tackles. Kaleb Cole added four solo and seven assisted tackles. Nick Rouse recorded six solo and two assisted tackles. Demetrick Welch Jr. intercepted a pass.

Kessani Wilson led Kentucky Country Day’s ground game with 18 yards on 13 carries. Alex Bahe carried the ball eight times for 16 yards. Ethan Harris recorded 10 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Ethan Harris completed 19 of 30 passes for 299 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Troy Humphreys caught seven passes for 158 yards and a touchdown. Cameron Edwards added seven receptions for 85 yards. Michael Raider recorded three receptions for 38 yards. Dylan Keene added a six yard touchdown reception. Ethan Harris returned two kickoffs for 30 yards. Alex Bahe returned one kickoff for 14 yards. Alexander Ramirez-Icaza led the defense with eight solo and two assisted tackles. Dylan Keene added six solo tackles. Alex Rumpke and Lawson Cantley each recorded three solo and three assisted tackles.

Owensboro defeated Fairdale by the score of 36-0. Owensboro recorded 20 first downs and 417 yards of total offense. The Red Devils were penalized eight times for 80 yards. Fairdale recorded 11 first downs and 154 yards of total offense. The Bulldogs were penalized six times for 65 yards and had two passes intercepted.

Jeremiah Goodwin led Owensboro’s ground game with 132 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries. Kenyatta Carbon carried the ball 16 times for 104 yards and two touchdowns. Deion Winstead added 23 yards on two carries. Kasey Boone completed 11 of 19 passes for 158 yards and one touchdown. Ethan Pendleton caught three passes for 66 yards and one touchdown. Khalil Rogers added five receptions for 66 yards. Dereon Crowe led the defense with four solo and six assisted tackles. Xander Early added three solo and eight assisted tackles. Deion Winstead recorded three solo and four assisted tackles and intercepted a pass. Jeremiah Goodwin also recorded three solo and four assisted tackles. Javion Robinson also intercepted a pass.

Yanni Pearson led Fairdale’s ground game with 75 yards on 20 carries. Darnel Herzog carried the ball 11 times for 37 yards. Tran Donnely completed seven of 17 passes for 32 yards with two interceptions. Jayshawn Shannon caught five passes for 33 yards. Bertin Ndizihiwe returned one kickoff for 24 yards. DeVvion Crawley, Sauyne Johnson, Darnel Herzog, and Lazarus Vance each returned one kickoff for 18, 13, 11, and 11 yards respectively Malique Smith led the defense with four solo tackles. Jerrel Mason and Sauyne Johnson each recorded three solo tackles.

Ashland Blazer defeated Bell County by the score of 34-16. Ashland Blazer recorded 18 first downs and 294 yards of total offense. They were penalized six times for 50 yards and lost a fumble. Bell County recorded nine first downs and 196 yards of total offense. They were penalized twice for 10 yards, lost two fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.

Braxton Jennings led Ashland Blazer’s ground game with 153 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries. LaBryant Strader carried the ball eight times for 47 yards and a touchdown. Atayveon Thomas carried the ball nine times for 41 yards and three touchdowns. LaBryant Strader completed six of eight passes for 53 yards. Brandon Houston caught four passes for 26 yards. Terrell Jordan added one reception for 17 yards. Austin Nichols returned two kickoffs for 21 yards. Sawyer Edens led the defense with nine solo and five assisted tackles with three of the tackles resulting in losses and recovered a fumble. Christian Academy of Louisville took a 30-10 lead late in the third quarter and withstood a Paducah Tilghman rally to earn a 30-24 victory. Christian Academy of Louisville recorded 19 first downs and 313 yards of total offense. The Centurions were penalized twice for 10 yards and lost a fumble. Paducah Tilghman recorded 14 first downs and 399 yards of total offense. The Blue Tornado was penalized three times for 25 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Gavin Copenhaver led CAL’s ground game with 95 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries. Cole Hodge added 35 yards on 12 carries. Cole Hodge completed 15 of 27 passes for 180 yards and two touchdowns. Darwin Cotton caught seven passes for 91 yards. Gavin Copenhaver added 30 yards and two touchdowns on three receptions. Connor Hodge returned two punts for 32 yards. Nathaniel Heidenreich returned three kickoffs for 78 yards. Darwin Cotton returned one kickoff for 51 yards. Gavin Copenhaver led the defense with nine solo and two assisted tackles with three of the tackles resulting in losses. Braden Robinson added five solo and three assisted tackles with four of the tackles resulting in losses. Connor Hodge recorded four solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.

Jordauyn White led Paducah Tilghman’s ground game with 112 yards an da touchdown on 17 carries. Malachi Rider carried the ball six times for 35 yards. Jack James completed 18 of 30 passes for 255 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. LeBran McMullen caught six passes for 113 yards and one touchdown. Banks Lafont added three receptions for 82 yards and a touchdown. Shemari Thomas recorded four catches for 52 yards. Decovan Bell returned four kickoffs for 94 yards. Jordauyn White returned two kickoffs for 55 yards. Oscar Adams led the defense with six solo and three assisted tackles. Xsavier Cleary added six solo and two assisted tackles. Jimmy Mooney recorded five solo and five assisted tackles. Layton Davis chipped in with four solo and three assisted tackles.

Bryan Station utilized a rock-ribbed defense, a strong running game, a 36 yard field goal by Zachary Gentry, and a big defensive play in the fourth quarter to earn a 10-7 victory over Trinity. The Shamrocks looked like they were ready to take the lead in the fourth quarter as Jeremiah Lynn took the handoff inside the Station 10 and ran to the one before he was leveled by a hit from Kyzaun Butler and the ball squirted loose and Bryan Station’s M. Baker-Thomas pounced on it to gain possession. Trinity also had a 45 yard field goal attempt by arguably the best kicker In the state Kellan McLaughlin with 5:42 left in the game but while it had plenty od distance it narrowly sailed wide right. Bryan Station recorded 15 first downs and 229 yards of total offense. The Defenders were penalized seven times for 58 yards and had one pass intercepted. Trinity recorded nine first downs and 148 yards of total offense. The Shamrocks were penalized four times for 25 yards and lost two fumbles.

Jeremiah Mundy-Lloyd led Bryan Station’s ground game with 116 yards on 31 carries. Trenton Cutwright carried the ball 12 times for 79 yards and a touchdown. Trenton Cutwright completed four of 12 passes for 40 yards with one interception. Jayden Walker caught two passes for eight yards. Dahvon Frazier added one reception for 18 yards. Damin Green caught one pass for 14 yards. JT Haskins Jr. returned one punt for 22 yards and Damin Green returned one kickoff for 23 yards. Jason Hocker led the defense with four solo and six assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a four yard loss. Zechariah Dabney added three solo and six assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards. Nikalos Dixon recorded three solo and six assisted tackles. Jahvon Frazier and M. Baker-Thomas each recovered a fumble.

Andrew Allen led Trinity’s ground game with 58 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. Jeremiah Lynn carried the ball seven times for 24 yards. Clinton Sansbury recorded 22 yards on 10 carries. Andrew Allen completed three of nine passes for 41 yards. Clinton Sansbury and Noah Meyers each caught one pass for 28 and 14 yard respectively. Jeremiah Lynn returned two kickoffs for 28 yards with a long return of 16 yards. Brady McEnaney led the defense with five solo and five assisted tackles with two of his tackles resuting in losses totaling nine yards. Cole Wickliffe added four solo and five assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling three yards. Lincoln Mitchell recorded four solo and four assisted tackles. Central utilized their big play capabilities both on offense and defense to defeat Logan County by the score of 61-19. Central recorded 16 first downs and 487 yards of total offense. The Jackets were penalized 18 times for 150 yards and lost a fumble. Logan County recorded 19 first downs and 244 yards of total offense.

Cortez Stone led Central;s ground game with 363 yards and five touchdowns on 22 carries. Justin Bush carried the ball seven times for 37 yards and a touchdown. Xavier Brown completed five of seven passes for 72 yards and a touchdown. Amontez Woolfolk caught a 45 yard touchdown pass. Cortez Stone added two receptions for 27 yards. Cortez Stone returned one kickoff for 13 yards. Deandrell Mattison led the defense with 10 solo and one assisted tackles. Amontez Woolfolk added eight solo tackles. Andre Jackson recorded six solo and one assisted tackle. Avaion Johnson-McNeal scored on a 95 fumble recovery return and Javion Wallace score on a 58 yard interception return.

Eli Hawkins led Logan County’s ground game with 40 yards on seven carries. Ryan Rayno carried the ball 15 times for 22 yards and a touchdown. Davin Yates completed 12 of 24 passes for 182 yards with one interception. Zane Batten caught five passes for 63 yards. Harper Butler added one reception for 50 yards. Junvontre Dillard recorded four receptions for 47 yards. Dayton Blackford returned five kickoffs for 95 yards. Brady Hinton returned three kickoffs for 44 yards. Harper Butler returned two kickoffs for 35 yards. Issac Poe led the defense with five solo and five assisted tackles. Eli Hawkins added three solo and eight assisted tackles. Peyton Taylor recorded two solo and seven assisted tackles.

The score was tied 7-7 at halftime but Frederick Douglass pulled away in the second half to defeat Woodford County 21-7. Frederick Douglass recorded 15 first downs and 215 yards of total offense. The Broncos were penalized nine times for 95 yards and had a pass intercepted. Woodford County recorded 12 first downs and 204 yards of total offense. The Yellow Jackets were penalized seven times for 72 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.

Ty Bryant led Frederick Douglass’ ground game with 106 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. DeVaun Hart added 40 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries. TJ Horton recorded 32 yards on nine carries. Cole Carpenter completed seven of 19 passes for 42 yards and a touchdown with one interception. Cameron Dunn caught three passes for 23 yards and one touchdown. Tate Johnson added three receptions for 17 yards. Ty Bryant returned one punt for 11 yards. Cooper Ranvier kicked off four times with four touch backs. Darion Neal led the defense with three solo and four assisted tackles. Brandon Brooks added three solo and two assisted tackles with one of hiss tackles resulting in a six yard loss. Jaden Dixon recorded three solo tackles and intercepted a pass he returned 16 yards. Isaiah Kenney added two solo and two assisted tackles and intercepted a pass he returned 14 yards. Logan Busson recovered a fumble.

Andrew Nason led Woodford County’s ground game with 55 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. K. Maxberry carried the ball three times for 25 yards. Preston Stacy carried the ball six times for 22 yards. Andrew Nason completed six of 24 passes for 85 yards with two interceptions. Aden Nelson caught teo passes for 36 yards. Makhi Smith added two receptions for 34 yards. Preston Stacy led the defense with four solo and four assisted tackles. Jaxson Bugg added four solo and two assisted tackles. Aden Nelson recorded four solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a six yard loss and intercepted a pass.

Southwestern rallied from a 22-8 halftime deficit to earn a 23-22 victory over Scott County. Southwestern recorded 18 first downs and 314 yards of total offense. The Warriors were penalized twice for 18 yards. Scott County recorded 16 first downs and 253 yards of total offense. The Cardinals were penalized five times for 30 yards.

Christian Walden led Southwestern’s ground game with 79 yards. Tanner Wright added 76 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. Mason Hibbard added 21 yards on two carries. Roger Oliver completed eight of 12 passes for 101 yards and a touchdown. Mason Hibbard caught three passes for 38 yards and a touchdown. Caden Cunnagin added two receptions for 44 yards. Christian Walden returned two kickoffs for 52 yards with a long return of 36 yards. Mason Hibbard returned one kickoff for 27 yards. Braxton Walters led the defense with eight solo tackles. Mason Hibbard added seven solo and one assisted tackles. Wyatt Stafford recorded four solo and three assisted tackles.

Jacob Fryman led the Scott County ground game with 87 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries. Ellis Huguely carried the ball 13 times for 80 yards and a touchdown. Thomas Feickert recorded 48 yards on eight carries. Andrew Hickey completed three of six passes for 37 yards. Victor Zicarias caught three passes for 37 yards. Victor Zicarias and Logan Jones each returned one kickoff for 18 and 16 yards respectively. Paul Garner led the defense with four solo and five assisted tackles. Cam Keller added four solo and five assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss. Jesse Lindsey recorded two solo and eight assisted tackles. Luke Valencia added one solo and 10 assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss.

Boyle County defeated Lexington Catholic by the score of 41-21. Boyle County recorded 23 first downs and 483 yards of total offense. The Rebels were penalized five times for 52 yards and had a pass intercepted. Lexington Catholic recorded 10 first downs and 309 yards of total offense. The Knights were penalized nine times for 64 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Avery Bodner led Boyle County’s ground game with 185 yards and three touchdowns on 39 carries. Montavin Quisenberry added 102 yards on 12 carries. Sage Dawson recorded 65 yards on nine carries. Sage Dawson completed four of 10 passes for 122 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Montavin Quisenberry caught three passes for 104 yards and a touchdown. Jakei Tarter added one reception for an 18 yard touchdown. Montavin Quisenberry returned on kickoff for 34 yards. Austin Bodner returned thwo kickoffs for 18 yards with a long return of 13 yards. Avery Bodner returned one punt for 39 yards. Jayce Crowe led the defense with two solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards. Avery Bodner also recorded two solo and three assisted tackles. Dalton Stone intercepted a pass he returned 17 yards. Montavin Quisenberry recovered a fumble.

Walker Hall led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 25 yards on seven carries. Jackson Wasik completed 12 of 17 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns. Max DeGraff caught five passes for 73 yards. Hunter Foster added three receptions for 121 yards and two touchdowns. Sam Clements recorded three receptions for 78 yards and a touchdown. Max Mooring returned three kickoffs for 32 yards with a long return of 14 yards. Blake Foster returned two kickoffs for 22 yards with a long return of 12 yards. Sam Clements led the defense with eight solo and nine assisted tackles. Blake Foster added four solo and eight assisted tackles. Matthew Kern recorded four solo and six assisted tackles. Spencer Bennington recorded five solo and three assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards. Justus Wertzler intercepted a pass he returned 12 yards.
