Assumption coach Steve Small started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Morgan Foley, 5-9 Jr. Kelsey Kaiser, 5-10 Jr. Katie Friedrich, 5-5 Jr. Brandy Hunter, and 5-6 Sr. Becca Durbin.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-9 So. DaiJia Ruffin, 5-6 So. Raven Merriweather, 6-1 Sr. Jazmin Smith, 5-6 Jr. Kristin Matula, and 5-6 Sr. Jade Tubb.

Sacred Heart Academy trailed 35-24 in the third quarter but rallied to defeat Assumption by a score of 48-45.  Sacred Heart shot 37.5% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on 10 of 16 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 29 Assumption turnovers.  Assumption shot 42.9% from the field including three of six from beyond the arc.  The Rockets connected on six of nine free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 17 Sacred Heart turnovers.

Raven Merriweather led Sacred Heart with 19 points, five rebounds, and six steals.  DaiJia Ruffin added 12 points and eight rebounds.  Jazmin Smith blocked six shots.

Katie Friedrich led Assumption with 23 points and six rebounds.  Friedrich was eight of 11 from the field including two of three from the three point line, and five of six from the free throw line.  6-4 Fr. Nora Kiesler recorded six points, four rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Lexington Christian Academy led 36-22 at halftime and withstood a second half West Jessamine rally to earn a 71-68 victory.  LCA shot 55.6% from the field including eight of 23 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 18 West Jessamine turnovers.  West Jessamine shot 37.7% from the field including seven of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Colts connected on 21 of 32 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 17 LCA turnovers.  West Jessamine held a 21-9 advantage in second effort points.

Patrick Nickodem led LCA with 23 points including five three point baskets and pulled down six rebounds.  Jon Lannertone and Taylor Blair added 14 and 13 points respectively.

Will Henderson led West Jessamine with 21 points including five three point baskets.  Daulton Peters added 18 points and six rebounds.  Jeff Ziemann chipped in with 12 points.  Robby Irgang recorded five points and nine rebounds.

Elizabethtown led 27-7 after the first quarter in a 59-49 victory over North Hardin.  Elizabethtown shot 36.6% from the field including four of 10 from the three point line.  The Lady Panthers connected on 25 of 35 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored six points off 16 North Hardin turnovers.  North Hardin shot 43.9% from the field including one of six from beyond the arc.  They connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 15 Elizabethtown turnovers.

Erin Boley led Elizabethtown with 24 points, seven rebounds, and four steals.  Kaylyn Cecil and Darian Ditto added 11 and 10 points respectively.

Henry Clay defeated Mason County by a score of 59-38.  Henry Clay shot 47.9% from the field including six of 13 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on seven of 13 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 12 Mason County turnovers.  Mason County shot 29.5% from the field including four of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Royals connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Henry Clay turnovers.

Wes Kimball led a balanced Henry Clay scoring attack with nine points.  Trey Grundy added eight points and six rebounds.  Jordan Green and 5-10 So. Teddy Ware also scored eight points each.  Darien Tichenor pulled down 11 rebounds.

Shawn Johnson led Mason County with 12 points and eight rebounds.  Zaire Henry and 5-8 Jr. Marcel Jackson added six points each.

Isaiah Ivey led Scott County with 23 points including 13 of 16 free throws.  Tamron Manning added 17 points and six rebounds.  Jalen Haddix chipped in with 14 points.  Trenton Gilbert also reached double figures with 11 points including three three point baskets.  Josh Harris recorded nine points and 12 rebounds.

Jaylen Beckham led Bryan Station with 14 points.  Larry Morton added 11 points. Marcus Williams chipped in with nine points and seven rebounds.

Chris Roberts, 5-11 Jr. Ryan Timmons, and 6-5 Sr. Garrett Hamilton.

Woodford County trailed 61-58 after three quarters but dominated the final quarter to earn an 89-72 victory over Franklin County.  Woodford County shot 59.6% from the field including eight of 18 from the three point line.  The Jackets connected on 13 of 24 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 Franklin County turnovers.  Franklin County shot 42.6% from the field including two of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Flyers connected on 24 of 29 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 Woodford County turnovers.

Eli Boggess led Woodford County with 26 points including four three point baskets.  Boggess was seven of 11 from the field including four of six from the three point line, and eight of 10 free throws.  6-7 Sr. Jay Johnson made a return tonight after knee surgery and added 18 points and eight rebounds in only 18:19 minutes of playing time.  Landon Young and David Greenwell chipped in with 13 and 12 points respectively.

Ryan Timmons led Franklin County with 29 points including 13 of 15 free throws, pulled down 12 rebounds, and recorded four steals.  Garrett Hamilton, Logan Woodside, and 5-10 Jr. Casey Tabor added 14, 10, and 10 points respectively.

Jordan Fucci, 5-9 Sr. Brian Tilford, and 6-2 Sr. Darius Gibson.  Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-6 Sr. Patrick Keller, 6-5 Sr. Craig Floyd, 6-9 Jr. Jack Whitman, 5-10 Jr. Dillon Avare, and 5-11 Sr. Bryan Woomer.

Darius Gibson hit a three point basket with five seconds left on the clock to give Tates Creek a 41-39 victory in a thriller at Lexington Catholic.  Tates Creek coach Wayne Breeden managed to get the tempo he wanted and this game was a tough, gritty, low scoring defensive affair with every possession being hotly contested.  Lexington Catholic had difficulty getting the ball down on the blocks to Jack Whitman and turned the ball over too much (17 turnovers) to prevail tonight.

Tates Creek shot 42.1% from the field including three of eight from the three point line.  The Commodores connected on six of 10 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 17 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 36.7% from the field including four of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Knights connected on 13 of 15 free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored six points off 12 Tates Creek turnovers.

Darius Gibson led Tates Creek with 13 points including two three point baskets.  Brian Tilford added 10 points.  Jordan Fucci recorded seven points and five rebounds.  Braxton McFarland pulled down eight rebounds.

Bryan Woomer led Lexington Catholic with 10 points including two three point baskets and dished out four assists.  Jack Whitman added nine points and eight rebounds.  Dillon Avare chipped in with eight points including two three point baskets.

Lafayette outscored Lexington Christian Academy 29-8 in the third quarter on their way to a 78-50 victory.  Lafayette shot 40.3% from the field including four of 18 from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 20 of 33 free throws, pulled down 53 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 26 LCA turnovers.  Lafayette held a 23-7 advantage in second effort points.  LCA shot 27.7% from the field including four of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 20 of 30 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 21 Lafayette turnovers.

Jackson Davis led Lafayette with 22 points, 18 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Tranard Chester added 14 points, four assists, and five steals.  Nick Trisko chipped in with 13 points and eight rebounds.  6-7 Jr. Charles Sweat-Washington also reached double figures with 11 points.

Tyler Harville led LCA with 16 points including three three point baskets.  Jon Lannertone added seven points and 12 rebounds.

Reid Freeman led Sayre with 30 points including four three point baskets and recorded 10 rebounds and six assists.  Ray Brewer added 29 points, 17 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Duncan Courtney chipped in with 13 points.

Ryan Gallenstein led St. Patrick with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.  Cody Jodrey added 17 points including three three point baskets.  Taylor Slack recorded 16 points including four three point baskets and pulled down six rebounds.
