Knox Central 26  Madison Central 0 – Jeffrey Canady carried the ball 14 times for 93 yards and three touchdowns and caught three passes for 72 yards and a touchdown to lead the victors.

Trinity 49  Archbishop Moeller OH 14 – Dalyn Dawkins carried the ball 15 times for 157 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Shamrocks.

Bourbon County 55  Paris 7 – Kentayvous Hopkins scored on runs of 56, 67, and 48 yards and caught a 24 yard touchdown pass to lead the victors.

Bell County 25  Harlan County 14 – Bell County scored on long touchdown runs by Cory Davenport (69 yards), Jonathan Polly (84 yards), and Corey Oslonian (75 yards) to hand Harlan County their first loss of the year.

Breathitt County 41  Clay County 16 – Breathitt County improves to 10-0 for the season.

Green County 52  Lexington Christian Academy 13 – Donovan Burton ran for 239 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Dragons.

St. Xavier 7  Cincinnati St. Xavier 3 – Dakota Jones scored on a 65 yard interception return to give Louisville St. Xavier the victory.

Ballard 28  Campbell County 21 – QB Tyler Owen completed 16 of 24 passes for 229 yards including TD passes of 6 and 20 yards to lead Ballard.  Cam Lewis caught eight passes for 141 yards including a six yard touchdown catch.

Bardstown 22  North Oldham 20 – Jordan Brewer ran for two touchdowns as the Tigers improve to 9-1.

Butler 24  Meade County 14 – QB JD Morgan completed 19 of 34 passes for 207 yards and a touchdown to lead the Bears.

Eastern 31  Western 6 – QB Tanner Evans passed for 264 yards including TD passes of 48, 54, 21, and 17 yards to lead the victors.

South Oldham 34  Shelby County 16 -  Stewart Williams caught TD passes of 70, 21, and 19 yards to lead South Oldham.

Valley 38  Waggener 27 – Lee Lee Hayden carried the ball 20 times for 270 yards including touchdown runs of 45, 18, and 42 yards to lead Valley.

DeSales 36  Southern 21 – Cory LaFever ran for 178 yards including touchdown runs of 8, 1, and seven yards to lead the victors.  Southern was led by Marus Bennett who carried the ball 11 times for 186 yards including a 40 yard touchdown run.

Male 41  Christian Academy of Louisville 28 – QB Lorenz Barbour threw for 303 yards including touchdown passes of 44 and 15 yards.

Pleasure Ridge Park 32  Central 30 – Central was called for an intentional grounding on a pass from the end zone to give PRP the victory.  Spencer Sumpter completed 11 of 21 passes for 214 yards and two touchdowns to lead the victors.  Anthony Wales carried the ball 14 times for 188 yards including TD runs of 2, 69, and 49 yards to lead Central.

Bowling Green improved their season record to 10-0 with a 30-12 victory over Lexington Catholic who falls to 8-2 for the season.  Bowling Green led 13-0 at halftime and held Lexington Catholic to -9 yards rushing in the first half.  Bowling Green had the size 6-6 315 pound Sr. guard Joe Manley, the speed Nacarius Fant (seven receptions for 155 yards and a 69 yard punt return for a touchdown), and the skill players Fant, Hunter Neveras, and Scooter Hollis,etc.  plus a physical, quick defensive unit that proved to much for Lexington Catholic.  This is a good LexCath team with impressive road victories over Bell County and Boyle County.

Bowling Green recorded 15 first downs and 350 yards of total offense.  The Purples were penalized nine times for 61 yards.  Lexington Catholic recorded 14 first downs and 233 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized three times for 30 yards, lost three fumbles, and had a pass intercepted.

Hunter Neveras led Bowling Green’s ground game with 43 yards on 14 carries.  Scooter Hollis completed 14 of 27 passes for 239 yards and a touchdown.  Nacarius Fant caught seven passes for 155 yards.  Sam Wilson added four receptions for 46 yards and a touchdown.  M. Carpenter led the defense with six solo tackles.  Chase Proctor added four solo and two assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 13 yards.  Michael Bailey also recorded four solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 13 yards.  Bailey also recovered a fumble.

Amoh Kumengisa led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 89 yards and a touchdown on eight carries.  Kyle Bolin completed 17 of 28 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown with one interception.  David Bouvier caught seven points for 68 yards.  Adam Bush added five receptions for 59 yards and a touchdown.  Derek Hayden led the defense with seven solo tackles.   Jordan Artrip added five solo and four assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 10 yards.  Adam Wachs added six solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling five yards.  Alex Nash recorded four solo and four assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling 14 yards.

Trinity rolled to a 49-14 victory over Moeller to finish at 9-0 for the regular season.  Moeller falls to 6-3 for the season.  Trinity led 21-7 at halftime and outscored Moeller 21-0 in the third quarter to settle the issue.  Trinity was effective both on the ground and through the air, came up big on defense, and got a big special teams play on an 88 yard punt return for a touchdown against a good Moeller team.  Trinity recorded 18 first downs and 363 yards of total offense.  The Shamrocks were penalized once for 13 yards.  Moeller recorded 11 first downs and 267 yards of total offense.  The Crusaders were penalized four times for 36 yards and had two passes intercepted.

D. Dawkins led Trinity’s ground game with 157 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries.  T. Wright completed 14 of 19 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns.  J. Quick caught seven passes for 112 yards and two touchdowns.  R. White led the defense with six solo tackles.  T. Smith added four solo and two assisted tackles and intercepted a pass which he returned for 38 yards.  H. Brewer and J. Jordan each recorded four solo and one assisted tackles.

G. Morrisey led Moeller’s ground game with 47 yards on 12 carries.  J. Bucher carried the ball six times for 35 yards.  S. Iacovone completed five of 10 passes for 64 yards with one interception.  R. Davis completed two of six passes for 47 yards and one touchdown with one interception.  M. Foley caught two passes for 47 yards and a touchdown.  S. Jones led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles.  T. Williford added four solo tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a 15 yard loss.

Paul L. Dunbar captured their first victory of the season with a 34-32 road victory over Mercer County.  Paul L. Dunbar improves to 1-9 while Mercer County falls to 4-6 for the season.  QB Blake Martin ran for two touchdowns and passed for two touchdowns to lead the Bulldogs to victory.  Dunbar recorded 17 first downs and 312 yards of total offense.  The Bulldogs were penalized twice for 19 yards.  Mercer County recorded 18 first downs and 311 yards of total offense.  They were not penalized tonight but lost three fumbles and had a pass intercepted.

Blake Martin led Dunbar’s ground game with 145 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries.  Antwan Williams carried the ball 23 times for 79 yards.  Blake Martin completed eight of 14 passes for 87 yards and two touchdowns.  Brandyn Duncan caught three passes for 26 yards and a touchdown.  Cam Pergram added three receptions for 21 yards.  Antwan Williams led the defense with four solo and five assisted tackles.  Brandyn Duncan added three solo and four assisted tackles and added an interception.

James Johnson led Mercer County’s ground game with 116 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries.  JT Long completed 20 of 33 passes for 230 yards and a touchdown with one interception.  Tyler Devine caught six passes for 55 yards and a touchdown.  Isaiah Burrus added five receptions for 49 yards.  Aaron Miller caught four passes for 40 yards.  Russell Sims added three receptions for 70 yards.  Dexter Banks led the defense with four solo and nine assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling eight yards.  GW Anderson added two solo and 10 assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling five yards.

Jeffrey Canady scored all four touchdowns and the defense shut out Madison Central in a 26-0 victory on a muddy field to improve their record to 6-3 for the season.  Madison Central, playing without star running back Dominique Hawkins tonight falls to 5-5 for the season.  Knox Central recorded 16 first downs and 298 yards of total offense.  They were penalized 10 times for 78 yards.  Madison Central recorded 11 first downs and 164 yards of total offense.  The Indians were penalized 10 times for 64 yards and had one pass intercepted.

Jeffrey Canady led Knox Central’s ground game with 93 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries.  Johnathan Gist carried the ball five times for 45 yards.  Jonathan Barger completed nine of 13 passes for 176 yards and one touchdown.  Jeffrey Canady caught three passes for 72 yards and a touchdown.  Jason Mitchell added three receptions for 59 yards.  John Shaphard led the defense with two solo and eight assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling eight yards.  Hayden Canady added three solo and five assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a six yard loss.  Codi Diamond added four solo and three assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling nine yards.

Daniel Foster led Madison Central’s ground game with 54 yards on 14 carries.  Hunter Stocker carried the ball 12 times for 46 yards.  Hunter Stocker completed six of 18 passes for 66 yards with one interception.  Ken’Jah Bosley caught three passes for 39 yards.  Tucker Fair led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling eight yards.  Paul Couch added two solo and four assisted tackles.

Scott County dominated on both sides of the ball in a 41-0 victory over Simon Kenton as they improved their record to 10-0 for the season.  Simon Kenton falls to 2-8 for the season.  Scott County’s defense held Simon Kenton to nine yards on 24 rushing attempts and Josh Walls triggered the offense with 126 yards and two touchdowns on only six rushing attempts.  Scott County recorded 20 first downs and 402 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized six times for 49 yards.  Simon Kenton recorded eight first downs and 118 yards of total offense.  The Pioneers were penalized four times for 30 yards and lost a fumble.

Josh Walls led the Scott County ground attack with 126 yards and two touchdowns on six carries.  Dierrius Dumphord carried the ball 14 times for 57 yards and a touchdown.  Kevo Edwards carried the ball seven times for 46 yards.  Kevin Clausen added 42 yards on six carries.  Ben Lawler completed five of eight passes for 57 yards.  Scott Daniel caught three passes for 21 yards.  JT True led the defense with two solo and five assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling three yards and recovered a fumble.  Dylan Sanderson added one solo and five assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totalling three yards.

Austin Kelly led Simon Kenton’s ground game with 22 yards on four carries.  Brennan Kuntz completed eight of 24 passes for 109 yards.  Jacob Huesman caught three passes for 43 yards.  Tyler Smith punted three times for a 45.0 average with two punts within the 20 yard line.  Jared Bowling led the defense with six solo and four assisted tackles.  Trey Pinkelton added six solo and two assisted tackles.

Anderson County outscored Marion County 14-6 in the final quarter in a 42-33 victory over Marion County.  Anderson County improves to 8-2 while Marion County falls to 3-7 for the season.  Anderson County recorded 23 first downs and 441 yards of total offense.  The Bearcats were penalized seven times for 46 yards and lost a fumble.  Marion County recorded 17 first downs and 340 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 17 yards and lost two fumbles.

Ethan Kelly led Anderson County’s ground game with 62 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries.  Seth Carmichael completed 17 of 29 passes for 294 yards and four touchdowns.  Ethan Kelly caught six passes for 88 yards and two touchdowns.  Matthew Sprague caught four passes for 48 yards.  Ross Cox added two receptions for 87 yards and a touchdown.  Seth Carmichael led the defense with six solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a seven yard loss.  Ross Cox added four solo and four assisted tackles.

Ryan Peterson led Marion County’s ground attack with 84 yards on nine carries.  J. Mattingly carried the ball 11 times for 68 yards and three touchdowns.  Derrick Robey added 68 yards on six carries.  Ryan Peterson completed five of 18 passes for 76 yards and two touchdowns.  Vincent Collins caught two passes for 45 yards and two touchdowns.  Nick King led the defense with five solo and seven assisted tackles.  Vincent Collins added four solo and seven assisted tackles.  Cameron Brown recorded five solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in an eight yard loss.  Brown also recovered a fumble.

Collins defeated Bryan Station by a score of 56-13 to improve their record to 8-2.  Bryan Station falls to 6-4 for the season.  Collins recorded 17 first downs and 336 yards of total offense.  They were penalized six times for 59 yards.  Bryan Station recorded 15 first downs and 224 yards of total offense.  The Defenders were penalized four times for 50 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Darian Dugle led Collins’ ground game with 132 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries.  DeAndre Farris carried the ball eight times for 69 yards and two touchdowns.  Lawson Page completed six of 11 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown.  Jalen Spalding and DeAndre Farris each caught two passes for 44 and 25 yards respectively.  Michael Brooks led the defense with nine solo and six assisted tackles and added an interception.  Masai White added four solo and two assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling three yards.

Patrick Puckett led Bryan Station’s ground game with 33 yards and a touchdown on five carries.  Curtis Sellers carried the ball four times for 32 yards.  Ora Johnson completed 11 of 24 passes for 104 yards with one interception.  Jaysuma Webb caught six passes for 67 yards.  Nicholas Johnson led the defense with three solo and seven assisted tackles.  Austin Hendron added four solo and three assisted tackles.

Madison Central trailed 13-0 mid-way through the final quarter but rallied to defeat George Rogers Clark 15-13.  Daniel Foster scored on a 15 yard run with 28 seconds left in the game to give Madison Central the victory.  Madison Central improves to 5-4 while George Rogers Clark falls to 3-6 for the season.  Madison Central recorded 13 first downs and 257 yards of total offense.  The Indians were penalized twice for 10 yards and had two passes intercepted.  George Rogers Clark recorded 13 first downs and 290 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized six times for 51 yards and had two passes intercepted.

Dominique Hawkins led the Madison Central ground game with 81 yards on 16 carries.  Jamez Chenault carried the ball eight times for 41 yards.  Hunter Stocker completed six of 16 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions.  Hunter Allen caught two passes for 35 yards and a touchdown.  Brandon Parks led the defense with four solo and 10 assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totalling four yards.  Tucker Fair added one solo and 10 assisted tackles.  Dre Goggins intercepted two passes.
