Wheeling Central Catholic vs. Williamstown (Class 2A Championship)

Wheeling Central Catholic coach Mel Stephens started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Eli Sancomb, 6-1 Sr. Tyler Dean, 6-7 Jr. Max Olejasz, 6-0 So. Nico Kusic, and 6-1 Sr. Treg Anthony. Williamstown coach Scott Sauro countered with 6-2 Sr. Parker Schramm, 6-4 Jr. Tyler Keiser, 6-4 Sr. Jayden Bryant, 6-0 Sr. Cruz Isaly, and 6-1 Sr. Lynken Joy.

Wheeling Central Catholic pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Williamstown by the score of 59-40. There were four ties and 10 lead changes in this game. Wheeling Central Catholic shot 45.7% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line. The Maroon Knights connected on 10 of 12 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 10 Williamstown turnovers. Williamstown shot 33.3% from the field including six of 24 from beyond the arc. The Yellowjackets connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored five points off six Wheeling Central Catholic turnovers.

Eli Sancomb led Wheeling Central Catholic with 26 points including three three point baskets, seven of eight free throws, 15 rebounds, six assists, two blocked shots, and two steals. Max Olejasz added 14 points and seven rebounds. Treg Anthony recorded eight points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and two assists. Tyler Dean chipped in with seven points.

Parker Schramm led Williamstown with 11 points including two three point baskets, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Cruz Isaly added 11 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and six assists. Lynken Joy recorded eight points and two rebounds. Jayden Bryant chipped in with five points and six rebounds. 5-10 Jr. Wyatt Powell added five points and two rebounds.

Nitro vs. Bridgeport (Class 3A Championship)

Nitro coach Austin Lowe started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. London Poniatowski, 6-3 Sr. Ashton Crouch, 6-6 Jr. Timmy Lovejoy, 6-1 Jr. Ty Stephens, and 6-2 Sr. Derek Lowe. Bridgeport coach Dave Marshall countered with 6-5 Sr. Phoenix Sickles, 6-2 Sr. Jack Spatafore, 6-6 Sr. Carter Zuliani, 6-2 Sr. Landon Sanders, and 5-11 So. Anderson McDougal.

Bridgeport defeated Nitro by the score of 62-40. Bridgeport shot 46.7% from the field including seven of 15 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 13 of 19 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored seven points off seven Nitro turnovers. Nitro shot 37.2% from the field including two of 17 from beyond the arc. The Wildcats connected on six of seven free throws, pulled down 15 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 Bridgeport turnovers.

Carter Zuliani led Bridgeport with 13 points jncluding five of seven free throws, 10 rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots. Jack Spatafore added 12 points including two three point baskets, two rebounds, and three steals. Landon Sanders recorded 10 points including three three point baskets. Phoenix Sickles chipped in with nine points including five of six free throws, seven rebounds, and two assists. 5-11 So. Gavin Williams added seven points and five rebounds. 6-2 Sr. Donovan Williams recorded six points and three rebounds.

Ashton Crouch led Nitro with 16 points including four of five free throws, three rebounds, and two steals. Ty Stephens added 11 points. 6-4 So. Collin Crouch recorded four points and three rebounds.

George Washington vs. Spring Mills (Class 4A Championship)

George Washingtgon coach 6-2 Sr. Gale Lamb, 6-1 Sr. Jeffrey Harris, 6-7 Jr. Noah Lewis, 6-1 Jr. Chuck Kelley, and 6-1 Fr. Dominic Sprouse. Spring Mills coach Shannon Layton countered with 6-7 Jr. Xavier Anderson, 6-5 Sr. Lockkhae Uth-Smith, 6-7 Sr. Caleb Thomas, 5-11 Jr. Akwasi Opoku-Achampong, and 6-2 Sr. Chayse Shipley.

Spring Mills defeated George Wshington by the score of 41-38. Spring Mills shot 42.9% from the field including two of 12 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on nine of 11 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 George Washington turnovers. George Washington shot 44.1% from the field including three of eight from beyond the arc. The Patriots connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored five points off nine Spring Mills turnovers.

Caleb Thomas led Spring Mills with 15 points including five of five free throws, seven rebounds, two assists, two steals, and six blocked shots. 6-2 Sr. Max Anderson added nine points and five rebounds. Akwasi Opoku-Achampong recorded six points, two assists, and two steals. Chayse Shipley chipped in with six points.

Noah Lewis led George Washington with 11 points, five rebounds, and four blocked shots. Chuck Kelley added nine points including three of four free throws, four rebounds, and two steals. Dominic Sprouse recorded nine points and two rebounds. Gale Lamb chipped in with six points on two three point baskets and two assists.

Tucker County vs. Tug Valley (Class A Championship)

Tucker County coach Daniel Helmick started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Alexander Lambert, 6-2 Jr. Samuel Marks, 6-3 Sr. Garrett Wilfong, 5-10 Jr. Mikey Mitchell, and 5-11 Sr. Trevan Bonner. Tug Valley coach Garland Thompson countered with 6-0 Jr. Braydon Ferris, 5-10 Jr. Bryson Elia, 6-1 Sr. Ashton Davis, 5-9 Jr. Carson Newsome, and 5-10 Sr. Kaden Hale.

Tug Valley outscored Tucker County 24-9 in the third quarter on their way to a 65-45 victory. There was one tie and three lead changes in this game. Tug Valley shot 55.1% from the field including seven of 14 from the three point line. The Panthers connected on four of six free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 16 Tucker County turnovers. Tucker County shot 34% from the field including four of 17 from beyond the arc. The Mountain Lions connected on nine of 14 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored seven points off six Tug Valley turnovers.

Braydon Ferris led Tug Valley with 27 points including three three point baskets, two rebounds, six assists, and three steals. Kaden Hale added 15 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Ashton Davis recorded 10 points including three of four free throws, six rebounds, and two assists. Bryson Elia chipped in with seven points, four rebounds, three assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.

Garrett Wilfong led Tucker County with 17 points including four of four free throws, 14 rebounds, and two blocked shots. Trevan Bonner added 12 points and eight rebounds. Alexander Lambert recorded six points including two of two free throws, two rebounds, and two assists.
