Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Ryan Harward, 6-3 Jr. Hank Woodall, 6-6 Jr. Max Meagher, 5-7 So. Jacob Holland, and 5-9 Jr. Jack Gambrell. Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-4 Jr. Christian Lawson, 6-2 Sr. Cody Morrison, 6-7 Jr. Jake Feldhaus, 5-8 Jr. Cam Steele, and 5-11 Jr. Will Richardson.

Lexington Catholic pulled away in the final quarter to defeat a cold shooting (28.3%) Madison Central team by the score of 53-41. The score was tied six times and there were seven lead changes in this game. Lexington Catholic shot 44.4% from the field including eight of 16 from the three point line. The Knights connected on five of five free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 15 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 28.3% from the field including five of 20 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 10 of 15 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored eight points off 14 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Jacob Holland led Lexington Catholic with 16 points including four three point baskets, two rebounds, and two assists. Max Meagher added nine points and five rebounds. Hank Woodall recorded eight points. 6-7 Fr. Everett Stuart chipped in with six points on two three point baskets and two rebounds. Ryan Harward recorded two points, nine rebounds, four assists, and two steals.

Jake Feldhaus led Madison Central with 13 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, and three blocked shots. Christian Lawson added eight points, seven rebounds, three blocked shots, and two steals. Cody Morrison recorded seven points, six rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Cam Steele chipped in with six points on two three point baskets, two rebounds, two assists, and three steals.
