Bryan Station coach Champ Ligon started the following lineup: 6-3 So. Taeshawn Adams, 5-10 Sr. Bryson Carpenter, 6-7 Jr. Felix Gonzalez, 5-11 Jr. Justin Richmond, and 6-1 So. Amari Owens. West Jessamine coach Taylor Harper countered with 6-4 So. Kaden Floyd, 6-0 So. Sawyer Thornton, 6-5 Sr. Ethan Little, 5-9 Jr. KaVon Lyvers, and 6-0 Jr. Ben Hershey.
Bryan Station pulled away in the final quarter to defeat West Jessamine 75-59. There were nine ties and 11 lead changes in this game. Bryan Station shot 53.4% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line. The Defenders connected on six of eight free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 23 West Jessamine turnovers. West Jessamine shot 50% from the field including seven of 15 from beyond the arc. The Colts connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 16 Bryan Station turnovers.
Amari Owens led Bryan Station with 44 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, and eight steals. 6-4 Sr. Daeveon Adams added 14 points including three three point baskets, and three rebounds. Taeshawn Adams recorded nine points, two rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots.
Ethan Little led West Jessamine with 17 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and three assists. Kaden Floyd added 13 points, six rebounds, three assists, and five steals. KaVon Lyvers recorded 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists.
