Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman started the following lineup: 6-5 Jr. Tyler Doyle, 6-5 Sr. Hudson Sparks, 7-1 Sr. Reece Potter, 6-0 Jr. John Reinhart, and 6-3 Jr. Brody Turner. Great Crossing coach Steve Page countered with 6-7 Jr. Jeremiah Godfrey, 6-5 So. Vince Dawson III, 6-11 So. Malachi Moreno, 5-9 So. Junius Burrell, and 6-4 So. Gage Richardson.

Lexington Catholic defeated Great Crossing by the score of 61-52. Lexington Catholic shot 42.9% from the field including five of 19 from the three point line. The Knights connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 13 Great Crossing turnovers. Great Crossing shot 37.3% from the field including two of 13 from beyond the arc. The Warhawks connected on 12 of 14 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 10 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

John Reinhart led Lexington Catholic with 16 points including four three point baskets, two assists, and two steals. Reece Potter added 14 points, eight rebounds, and two steals. Tyler Doyle recorded 14 points, two rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Hudson Sparks chipped in with nine points and four rebounds.

Malachi Moreno led Great Crossing with 17 points, 10 rebounds, and seven blocks. Vince Dawson III added 10 points including four of four free throws, three rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Junius Burrell recorded nine points, seven rebounds, and four assists. Jeremiah Godfrey chipped in with four points and eight rebounds.
