Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 5-10 So. Tess Nelson, 5-6 Sr. Olivia Planck, 5-11 So. Savannah Simpson, 5-5 Fr. Anna Clay Denton, and 5-5 So. Abby Popham. Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrard countered with 5-9 Jr. Allison Stone, 5-8 Jr. Lydia Van Metre, 5-10 Jr. Elizabeth Nelson, 5-2 So. Ariyana Sutton, and 5-6 Jr. Timarri Miller.

Henry Clay pulled away in the final quarter to beat Lafayette 47-40. The score was tied 10 times and there were eight lead changes in the game. Henry Clay shot 42.1% from the field including six of 17 from the three point line. The Lady Blue Devils connected on nine of 10 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Lafayette turnovers. Lafayette shot 45.5% from the field including four of 10 from beyond the arc. The Lady Generals connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored five points off nine Henry Clay turnovers.

Ariyana Sutton led Henry Clay with 16 points including two three point baskets, four assists, and three steals. Allison Stone added 15 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, and four assists. Lydia Van Metre and 5-9 So. Amari Sims each recorded five points and two rebounds. Timarri Miller added four points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Savannah Simpson led Lafayette with 14 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocked shots. Anna Clay Denton added 11 points and seven assists. Tess Nelson recorded 10 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and two steals.
