Madison Southern coach Bill Bevins started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Jay Rose, 6-0 Jr. Avery Davidson, 6-5 Sr. Brett Erslan, 5-8 So. Casen Nobbe, and 5-11 So. Ashton Hazelwood. East Jessamine coach Matthew Chewning countered with 6-0 Sr. Jacob Lockett, 5-8 Sr. Hayden Frazier, 6-2 So. Keelyn Daniel, 5-9 So. Myles Radford, and 5-10 So. Miyo Jones.

Madison Southern led 42-40 at halftime but outscored East Jessamine 34-15 in the third quarter on their way to a 99-84 victory. The score was tied twice and there were eight lead changes in the game. Madison Southern shot 57.4% from the field including 11 of 21 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on 18 of 28 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 14 East Jessamine turnovers. East Jessamine shot 46.9% from the field including nine of 19 from beyond the arc. The Jaguars connected on 15 of 20 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 17 Madison Southern turnovers.

Brett Erslan led Madison Southern with 25 points, nine rebounds, two assists, and two blocked shots. Erslan was 10 of 10 from the field and five of seven from the free throw line. 6-0 Jr. Braden Hudson added 20 points including two three point baskets, nine rebounds, and seven assists. Jay Rose recorded 19 points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Ashton Hazelwood chipped in with 12 points on four three point baskets. Avery Davidson added 11 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, and three assists. 6-1 Jr. Zach Hudson recorded nine points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Casen Nobbe dished out 11 assists.

Miyo Jones led East Jessamine with 24 points including three three point baskets and six rebounds. Myles Radford added 22 points including two three point baskets, four of four free throws. Two rebounds, eight assists, and five steals. 6-3 Jr. Makale Hall recorded 11 points and five rebounds. 5-9 So. Kemonte Braxton chipped in with seven points.
