Bowling Green coach DG Sherrill started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Jordan Dingle, 6-4 Sr. Jaxon Banks, 6-7 Sr. Jacobi Huddleston, 5-10 Jr. Tanner Buttry, and 6-4 Sr.Isaiah Mason.  Ballard coach Chris Renner countered with 6-5 So. Gabe Sisk, 6-3 Jr. Keno Hayden, 6-10 Jr. Maker Bar, 5-10 Sr. Chaunte Marrero, and 6-1 Jr. DJ Tilford.

 

Ballard defeated Bowling Green by the score of 61-53.  The score was tied two times and there were two lead changes in the game.  Ballard shot 43.1% from thr field including six of 16 from the three point line.  The Bruins connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 16 Bowling Green turnovers.  Bowling Green shot 32.3% from the field including four of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Purples connected on nine of 15 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored eight points off 15 Ballard turnovers.

 

Gabe Sisk led Ballard with 22 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, and three steals.  Keno Hayden added 14 points including eight of 10 free throws, six rebounds, and three assists.  Chaunte Marrero recorded 13 points, nine rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Maker Bar chipped in with five points, seven rebounds, six blocked shots, and two steals.

 

Isaiah Mason led Bowling Green with 17 points, 14 rebounds, and four assists.  Jacobi Huddleston added 12 points, seven rebounds, and two steals.  Tanner Buttry recorded 11 points including four of six free throws, six rebounds, and four assists.
